Story
Mr. T is a quiet, gentle soul who is still learning that people can be safe and kind. He is a very shy and fearful boy, but underneath that nervous exterior is a sweet cat who wants to feel secure. Right now, Mr. T feels most comfortable in his “safe space,” where he likes to observe the world from a distance. When things are calm and quiet, he will sneak out to eat, drink, and use the litter box. He also enjoys having his own space at night and can often be found relaxing on a favorite chair when he feels no one is watching. Mr. T has shown that he does well with other cats. He is curious about them and seems to feel more confident when he has a calm, friendly feline companion nearby. A gentle buddy would help him continue building confidence and coming out of his shell. While Mr. T is still unsure about close human interaction, he is making slow, steady progress. He is beginning to stay out in the open longer, walk calmly instead of running, and eat in the presence of people. These are important signs that trust is growing at his own pace. Mr. T will need a very patient, understanding home where he is never forced to interact and is allowed to move at his own speed. A quiet household, experienced cat owners, and another friendly cat would be ideal for him. He may also do well as an indoor-only shop or barn-style companion with a feline friend and minimal pressure. With time, consistency, and love, Mr. T has the potential to continue blossoming. He is looking for a special person who understands that the best relationships are sometimes built slowly—one small step at a time.

Story
Shy, sweet, and still learning to trust — that’s our girl, Jelly. Jelly is a quiet, gentle soul who feels most comfortable around other cats. She’s not a fan of the spotlight and will often seek out a cozy hiding spot where she can feel safe. While humans are a bit scary to her right now, she’s never aggressive — just cautious and reserved. She would do best in a calm, patient home with feline companions to help her feel secure. If you understand that love sometimes takes time and you're ready to let Jelly blossom at her own pace, she just might be the quiet companion you’ve been looking for. Let’s help Jelly find a home where she can feel safe, loved, and completely herself.

Story
Meet Lou: Retired Olympian, Current Desk Diva Once upon a time, Lou was rescued by a kind human who offered her safety, warmth, and a cozy basement to settle in. But Lou had other plans—she was training for the Hide and Seek Olympics. And let us tell you… she won. Her gold-medal strategy? Vanishing into the basement walls like a feline Houdini, popping out only for midnight snacks and hydration, then ghosting again for two weeks. Respect. Lou’s epic run came to an end when she realized the medal doesn’t come with snacks or snuggles. So she gracefully retired from the sport and traded in the shadows for a desk job—literally. Now she spends her days lounging atop an office desk like the queen she is, soaking up attention, naps, and back scratches. Lou loves affection and will happily roll over for pets—but please, no unsolicited pickups. Her biscuit-makers can turn into murder mittens if boundaries aren’t respected. She’ll climb into your lap when she’s good and ready (usually right when you’re trying to type). She’s got one adorably crinkled ear (a souvenir from her ear mite survival era), a strong independent streak, and a whole lot of love to give—on her terms. Are you cool enough to be Lou’s human?
