Story
Ozzie is a 1-year-old beautiful tabby and white darling. This beautiful girl can't decide if she is primarily affectionate or curious. Ozzie wants all the love then darts out to check out something in the room and come right back for more loving. There is still so much kitten in this sweet girl! Poor darling had a some strange behaviours we discovered were related to her hormones. She managed to have a bit of ovary elsewhere in her belly that had to be found and removed. She has now had her second "spay" and is back on track. She has become even more affectionate now that she is feeling better! Ozzie only has one kidney. The one she has works great, but she is on a primarily wet food diet (not a prescription) to keep her nice and hydrated. This was discovered during her first spay and should not affect her life span, lifestyle, or health. Just like humans, cats can live a wonderful life with one kidney. No one had any indication there was an issue until her spay. The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures.  Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary.  We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws. If you are interesed in any of our animals please fill out an application on our website www.townandcountryanimalrescue.org After you have submitted an application and been approved, a Cat Team member will reach out to set up a “meet and greet” between you and the pet. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the cat team members or the foster. If all goes well, you can adopt during the same visit.** Please be sure to follow us on Facebook to learn more about Town and Country Animal Rescue and our mission ##2052624##

Story
Meet Pepsi, the first-ever cat named Pepsi to join our rescue! This 4-year-old tabby is still getting settled, but she’s already proving to be quite the curious explorer. She’s cautiously inspecting every nook and cranny of the cattery, surprising us with just how tiny of spaces she can squeeze through, giving us plenty of laughs when she pops out and says hello to us! We can't wait to learn more about this clever little lady and her unique personality. The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.   Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary.  We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws.  We're open from 12-4 PM every day EXCEPT Wednesday! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Story
Bellatrix is beautiful 1-year-old grey tabby with a stunning white blaze and cute pink nose. She was found outside with her young kittens. The kittens have all grown up and been adopted, now it is mom's turn! This girlie is footloose and fancy-free! She is so playful it's hard to remember she was a very responsible and caring young mom. She is having her second childhood and loves to play! Although, Bellatrix does loves to play, we believe she would do best in a home with older children that are respectful of her boundaries. We're open from 12-4 PM every day EXCEPT Wednesday!
