Super Heroes meet Griffin! This sweet boy came to us after his owner passed away. Griffin is such a sweet man, immediately turning into a biscuit-making bandit as soon as you start showing him some love! He has a playful personality and absolutely loves toys! He can spend hours chasing toys around a room or playing with you. Griffin just wants to be a part of whatever it is you are doing! He is such a lover who just melts into your arms as soon as you pick him up or contentedly purr the afternoon away curled up in your lap. After coming into the shelter it was discovered that Griffin is FIV positive. While FIV is contagious to other cats, cats do not transmit the virus by sharing a food bowl with other cats or through other normal feline-to-feline contact. Cats who test positive for FIV can be housed safely with other cats as long as no fighting occurs. Griffin is fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Super Heroes meet Koi! Koi came into the shelter with her siblings and mother and they were found abandoned. After entering the shelter it was determined that Koi had developed glaucoma. We initially thought it was congenital and that she would need both eyes removed, but new testing has shown us that she is improving! Koi does have vision in her eyes and we are hopeful that she will continue to improve! She behaves just like a normal kitten, chasing things around the room, running over for cuddles, and getting into cute kitten chaos. Koi loves to chase toys and play with her siblings.
