Story
Ducky is the sweetest little lady. She is about 7-8 years old. My partner and I adopted her from the Joplin Humane Society in 2019. She’s been a great pet and she’s a big cuddler once she warms up to you. We have been faced with rehoming her because as she’s aged, she has gotten much less tolerant of the two other cats in our home. They will all have their small spats, but she has started taking it too far instead of running off and separating like the other two do. She is a loud girl and will always let you know what she is thinking. She also snores when she sleeps and it sometimes sounds like quacking, hence the name ❤️ She is an absolute angel, specifically with people. She has never really loved living with other cats (not a fan of dogs, but historically she will just avoid them). We believe she was simply tolerating it because she was young. We believe she would fit best in a home where she is the only pet, or at least has open space to avoid the other pet.

Story
Hello there, I`m Oscar. I`ve got quite a knack for figuring things out on my own, you see. Some may say I`m a bit of a loner, but I prefer the term `independent`. I`ve got this intelligence that surprises most. Puzzles? Solved. Hidden treats? Found. I`m not one for constant cuddles, but I do appreciate a good chin scratch now and then. I`ve got a world of my own, and I`d love for you to be a part of it. Why should you adopt me? Well, if you`re looking for a cat who can hold his own, who`s smart and self-reliant, I`m your guy. Will have age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped & neutered before going home.
