Story
Mrs. Beasley, aka Mrs. B, aka Bea, was about 2 years old when we adopted her from Pet Smart (Beaver County Humane Society) in August 2020. She is now about 7 years old. She was a feral cat and has a clipped ear. We also adopted a kitten at the same time. They mostly got along until recently when our other cat accidentally got outside for a couple hours. Now Mrs. B has been hunting the other cat for 3 months. We’ve tried cat pheromones and anti anxiety medication to no avail. Mrs. B should go to a home with no other animals. She tends to like female humans better than males. Our kids were around 10 when we got her, and she did fine with them. She can be a big scaredy cat in new situations. When new people come to the house, you won’t see her because she is afraid. She is NOT a lap cat but loves attention on her own terms. She will let you know when she’s done with you. She likes play time with cat sticks and balls/mice. She is a good mouser. She likes cat treats and cat nip.
