Pixiebob kittens & cats in Erie, Pennsylvania

This is a spayed adult female. She is a good cat, eats well, uses the litter box and is in good health. My husband rescued her from a house he was rehabbing. Her owner will not be able to return home. There were five cats, we took two and a friend took two. There was a mother cat with a litter of kittens which we got into a shelter. Cissy gets along with the cat that was rescued with her but she bullies and terrorizes our older male cat. He is now having behaviour issues and is afraid of her and has isolated himself. She seeks him out and charges him. We have tried everything that is out there that clams to calm pets down. Have gotten advice from our vet. Nothing works and we have no choice but to rehome her. She needs to be placed in a safe secure environment probably where she could be the only cat or with someone experienced in cats with behavior issues. We are an elderly couple and white love her this is a very stressful situations all the way around. Please, if you can help.
