Story
Splint is a funny little girl who was found wandering outside an Aiken hospital. She wasn’t well socialized at first, but after time in a loving foster home, she’s learning that people can be safe and kind. She will need a calm, quiet home with a patient, cat-savvy adopter who will continue to build her confidence. No small children or dogs, but she can do well with friendly cats. Splint doesn’t enjoy being picked up, but she will accept gentle pets, loves hanging out in boxes, and is a big fan of Churu.

She may always be sneezy, but she feels fine and this is normal for her.Betsy is FIV+ and eats a urinary health diet to keep her bladder healthy. If you’re looking for a calm companion who enjoys a peaceful home and doesn’t mind spending the afternoon snoozing nearby, Betsy Jo may be your girl.

Story
Solanum is a calm, gentle cat who was a wonderful mother to her five kittens. She has tested positive for feline leukemia (FeLV), a virus that affects a cat’s immune system. While some cats with FeLV may develop health issues over time, Solanum has not shown any symptoms and is currently healthy. She’s consistently pleasant and easygoing, with a relaxed, low-key personality. Solanum gets along well with other cats, but with her FeLV status, her adopter can decide whether she should be around other cats. She would thrive in a quiet, peaceful home where she can enjoy calm companionship.
