Story
Meet Milo’s Sweet Tea, a charming black and white domestic shorthair with a personality as delightful as his name. At 7.5 years old, he’s the perfect blend of playful spirit and grown-up charm. This sweet boy loves attention and is happiest when he’s close to his people. Milo’s Sweet Tea has an affectionate, easygoing nature, but he also has a playful streak and plenty of energy to keep things fun. He’s always ready for a toy, a game, or a little burst of zoomies before settling in for some well-earned cuddles. Milo’s Sweet Tea is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, so he’s ready to head home and start his next chapter. With his loving heart and lively spirit, he’s sure to bring both comfort and entertainment to his forever family. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Story
Silhouette is a sleek, all‑black beauty who’s three years old, spayed, and completely up‑to‑date on all her vaccinations and health checks. She moves with a graceful, quiet confidence, and her deep, amber eyes seem to hold a whole world of gentle curiosity. Though she may be a little shy at first, a patient hand and a calm voice quickly earn her trust, and once she feels safe, she’ll reward you with soft purrs and the occasional affectionate head‑butt. Silhouette isn’t the type to rush into new situations—she prefers to observe from a distance and will take her time warming up to new people and environments. If you’re looking for a cat who appreciates a slow, steady approach and will blossom under gentle, consistent care, Silhouette is the perfect companion. Give her a quiet corner, a cozy blanket, and a little patience, and you’ll soon discover the quiet loyalty and subtle charm of this lovely, understated lady. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter.
