Meet Erebus, our sweet 1-year-old rescue cat from All Kinds Shelter. We adopted him towards the end of last year. Unfortunately, our circumstances have recently changed, and we’re no longer able to give Erebus the time and social interaction he deserves. I am currently working two jobs, including night and morning shifts, which leaves very limited time and energy to spend with Erebus. Erebus is well cared for, healthy, neutered, and fully up to date with his vaccinations. He will also come with everything we have purchased for him, including his automatic food and water bowls, scratching post, toys, litter box, dome carrier, and his remaining frozen raw food. Erebus is a playful and energetic young cat who can sometimes get a little too enthusiastic. This is a difficult decision for us because we love Erebus very much, but we want to make sure he goes to a loving home where he can receive the time, attention, and companionship he deserves.

Meet Gumbo "Bo", a large, handsome 14-year-old gray shorthair tabby in excellent health who needs a new home. Bo was deeply loved by his owners since he was a kitten, and both have recently passed away. Because he is reactive to other felines, he must be the ONLY cat, though he does wonderfully with dogs. Bo is a quiet, low-maintenance companion—he is not a needy cuddle kitty, but he loves to lounge on the bed or curl up in a chair right next to you. He has become very social in his senior years. He even lived in an assisted living facility for a few months, where he adaptively lost his outdoor time, stayed strictly indoors, and charmed all the caregivers. He is currently back in his Abilene home, but no extended family can take him. He loves supervised time in a secure backyard and comes with his favorite supplies. Bo is a sweet boy who would make the perfect, calm buddy for a single person or retired senior. References and screening required.
