Story
Meet Cooper the Wonder Dog! I have known & loved this sweet boy for 6 years as he belongs to a dear friend who has unfortunately fallen ill & can no longer care for him. I promised her that I would find Cooper the happy home he deserves. Cooper is super affectionate & loves to cuddle. He is very fit & will chase squirrels or a ball in the back yard or the park. While Cooper loves to be active and take long walks, he is just as happy to chill out, sleep in, and curl up with you while you watch a movie. Cooper comes with the following: current physical and vaccine records (not due again until March 2026), 15 gallon food storage container full of Tase of the Wild food, half gallon water dispenser, slow feeder, no pull harness with seat belt attachment, retractable leash, treats, and toys. Since Cooper is so well known & loved by us, we are willing to dog sit whenever you go out of town! Check out the video which really shows his friendly, warm and oh so happy to see you personality! 😊

Story
We adopted Tito when he was 8 weeks old. He is 10 years old now and born on 07/23/2014. He is the very definition of a lap dog! He is very sweet once he warms up to you and would even sleep in a bed with you if you’d allow it. He has been living with another dog for most of his life so he gets along with some dogs. It’s been a long time since he’s been around cats but he was fine with them. We have a 13 month old baby at home and Tito is not a fan of him. We are rehoming him for his sanity and peace as well as our child’s safety. Although Tito has growled at our baby he does not bite him. He’s on a senior dog diet and takes a thyroid tablet everyday.

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! NOTE:  Lacey and Cagney must be adopted together. My name is Lacey and I’m part of the Cagney and Lacey duo. I came from Georgia with my baby Cagney. Well, she’s not a baby anymore! We lived in a home where the people never let us go outside. We never saw anyone other than the person who fed us. But despite that, we are both housebroken and really need to stay together. I’m 10 lbs., and 7 years old, but I’m told that’s not old. I don’t feel old and I’m told I’m a healthy chihuahua mix. I take a minute to warm up to new people, but then I’m your best buddy! I love my food, treats and of course, attention! I’m learning to walk on a leash, and I’m great in the car (in a crate of course). I get along with every dog I’ve met, big and small. I’m not pushy, and will give everyone their space. I haven’t been around little kids but I love older kids. I promise we will love you forever! If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area believe you have the perfect home for Cagney and Lacey, please submit an app and tell us more about your family.April 15, 2025, 5:42 pm

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Meet Lollipop (aka Lolli), a 1 1/2 year old, 13 lb. chihuahua mix who loves to play.  This fun and active girl is affectionate, loves pets and will roll over for a belly rub. She wants to be where you are and doing what you’re doing.   She is usually friendly when meeting strangers, but can also be reserved and a bit timid at first. Lolli made her way into rescue after she showed up on the doorstep of a home in Georgia on Christmas Eve. The husband wouldn’t allow her to be fed, but after 2 weeks of her still hanging around, he relented, but they didn’t want to keep her. She is friendly with other dogs, playful but not aggressive with cats, and gives lizards a run for their money.  Lolli is a low shedder who hardly barks, walks well on a leash, and sleeps quietly through the night.  She should do well with polite, understanding children 3 years or older. Lollipop is a fun, resilient, energetic girl who would love to find a family of her own. Since she loves to play with other dogs, we are preferring a home with another playful, young dog for her, as well as a fenced yard where she can get her energy out. Lolli is heartworm positive at this time, and is on the slow kill method, which means giving a monthly heartworm pill. She can enjoy regular activities. We can explain that process to any interested applicant. Heart worm disease is contracted from an infected mosquito and can not be transmitted to another dog. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Lollipop, please complete an app and tell us more about you. April 16, 2025, 10:23 am
