Kipper is super affectionate and loves every dog and person he has met. He simply wants to run and play. Loves all people including kids. Kipper is kennel trained. He came to my family because someone else found him and could not keep him and had no other options. I can only think of one issue with this sweet boy, and that is his loves to sail over a fence. He needs a higher one that I have, mine is 4’ chainlink. We believe he is around 2 years old.

NOTE: Bonded with Sadie. Must be adopted together.Spencer is an English Pointer mix and is around 11 years old. He is older but does still love to play tug of war. He is a former paws in prison graduate and still knows some commands. He loves to be inside basking in the sun and enjoys quite a few naps throughout the day. He has some sensitive skin and allergies, but keeping him on a lamb-based food with no corn has helped him tremendously. He does well playing with other dogs at dog daycare and gets along good with all the other dogs in his foster home - from a chihuahua to a shepherd. Spencer is fine with cats, too. Spencer loves to go for car rides and for walks. He also loves to go to his foster family's farm and run on the 5 acres. Hi, I'm Buttercup! You may know me by my former name, Roscoe, but I'm embracing my new name and all the love it brings! I spent the last two years in a small-town shelter in Arkansas, where life was tough and resources were scarce. Not many people know about the shelter so no one ever visited all of us dogs. All of us dogs there spent all of our time in pens that were outside in the elements. We had a top to our kennel areas but no sides - it was just something they call chain link fence so I was super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. I was at a big adoption event when a nice rescue group saw me and how unhealthy I was, I was only 25 lbs at the time. They arranged to take me out of the shelter and now I have a wonderful foster mom and dad and two canine foster siblings. Now, I’m on a journey to regain my health and strength, and I'm making progress every day! I gained 20 lbs in 3 weeks!!! I adore spending time with other dogs at my foster home and have even made friends with a cat, showing just how ready I am to be part of a loving home. Rolling in the grass of a normal backyard is one of my favorite new experiences, and I absolutely love wearing a cozy sweater. At the shelter, I lived outside in the elements, but now I can feel the warmth of a safe and loving home with my foster parents and my two foster canine siblings. And my foster mom and dad and the nice rescue people giggle over my silliness when I roll on my back kicking my legs.
