Fletcher is only about 1 year old, and right now, he needs a foster home. He’s currently spending the majority of his time in a kennel with the kind person who found him. Because of that, he’ll need some patience while he works on potty training and learns what it’s like to actually live in a home. Fletcher can be shy when he first meets you. Give him a little time, though, and you’ll discover an incredibly friendly, sweet boy who just wants to know he’s safe. And this boy checks some pretty amazing boxes: 🐾 About 1 year old 🐾 Pointer mix 🐾 Dog friendly 🐾 Cat friendly 🐾 Loves people 🐾 Sweet and friendly once he feels comfortable 🐾 Just needs patience, consistency, and love Fletcher doesn't need a perfect foster. He needs a patient one. Someone who understands that an accident in the house isn't a failure. That being a little unsure at first doesn't mean he won't come around. That sometimes the dogs who need a few extra days to trust you become the ones who love you the hardest. Right now, Fletcher knows what it's like to have shelter. We want him to know what it's like to have a home. A couch. A routine. Someone telling him he's a good boy. A safe place to sleep where he doesn't have to spend most of his day in a kennel. Fostering Fletcher could completely change his life. And who knows? Maybe he'll change yours, too. 🤎 Fletcher is looking for a foster through Animal Angels Network.
