Roxy is a very sweet protector! She does really great with smaller and older kids. She does need a caring loving home where she'll get lots of love. We just can not take the responsibility of owing a pet right now due to financial issues. We love Roxy and sad to see her go but she needs more than what we can give her right now.

Hi! My name is Bandit and I am a 2 y/o Pointer Mix!I am neutered and up to date on all my shots, I am a super energetic dog that loves to run around and play, but also know how to take a good ol’ nap! I am really good with kids and am pretty gentle overall. I do jump some but have been better with it as I’ve grown. I’m super smart and only really play with my toys. I haven’t really been around other dogs but we just need to meet. I am fully crate and potty trained! I love going on walks and am pretty good on a leash especially if you have some treats, although I don’t really like bikes and scooters and will bark sometimes. I’m really good at learning new things and would love a home full of love!

Her story began in heartbreak when she was abandoned, heavily pregnant, near a lake and gave birth under a thorn bush to eight puppies—all while she was still a puppy herself. Despite it all, Ginger proved to be an incredible mother, protecting and nurturing her babies until each found their forever home. Now it’s Ginger’s turn to be the one who’s loved. This high-energy, playful girl has graduated from our STAR Inmate Training Program, where she learned her basic obedience skills and showed just how smart and determined she is.
