Meet Petey! (Formerly Poseidon) This handsome boy is around 7 months old, weighs about 30 lbs, and is a Pointer mix! Petey is the perfect combo of playful and snuggly — he’ll chase a ball for hours and then curl up at your feet (or right in your lap 💕). Petey loves all treats — we haven’t found one he’ll turn down! He’s dog-friendly, walks great on leash, rides nicely in the car, and would thrive in a home with another pup to play with. 🐶 His foster first met him at a high-intake Houston shelter where he was terrified and crying in his kennel. Now he’s blossomed into a confident, affectionate, medium-energy pup who just wants to be loved. Thanks to his amazing foster family, Petey got the second chance so many puppies never get — and now he’s ready for his forever home. ❤️ If you’re looking for a loyal, goofy, and loving companion, Petey is your guy!

At 10 years old, Stella is proof that age is just a number. This gorgeous German Shorthair Pointer still has pep in her step, joy in her heart, and enough enthusiasm to power a small village. She’s the perfect medium-sized best friend — big enough for adventures, small enough to fit nicely on your couch (or directly on top of you). Stella’s life motto is simple: “Wherever you go, I go.” Need a walking buddy? She’s ready. Going for a car ride? Shotgun is her seat. Just trying to sit on the couch?
