Story
Smoosh is just that - cuddly, purry, and super smooshy! She is the first to run to you for scratchies and snuggles. She will definitely be a lap cat! She is also a super polydactyl and loves to show off her adorable toe beans. Although she loves to hang out with her mini-me, Chegu, she will make the perfect addition to any home, with or without other pets or children. Smoosh may be adopted as a single or a pair with one of her litter mates: Chegu, Andy, and Shy Girl.

Story
Shy Girl was a little timid at first, but she has found her voice and personality recently. She loves to play and snuggle with the others, and I think she would be great with an older cat. As you can see, Shy Girl is not Shy about taking feet pics and loves to show off her polydactyl toe beans. She can be adopted as a single or in a pair with one of her litter mates: Andy, Chegu, and Smoosh.

Story
Chegu is our little runtling, but don't tell him that - he thinks he's big! He's half the size of his litter mates (Andy, Shy Girl, and Smoosh) but that doesn't stop him from swiping treats from his mates or starting kitty wars. He is a polydactyl so his feet are comically large, and he is a snuggler. He will do well with other cats of any age, dogs, or children. He may be adopted as a single or in a pair.

Polydactyl/hemingway tuxedoborn February 2026, these brothers are a delightful pair entertaining the whole family. Robbie is a polydactyl with 7 toes. He has big snowshoe type feet. Jasper does not have this gene. Our kitties are spay/neutered, vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested (negative), dewormed, and microchipped. the boys have not been around small children or dogs but they are so well adjusted, with the right introduction, should do just fine. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Her name means "Warrior Princess" and that she is! She was raised with her siblings as "bottle babies" from day one. She is sweet, sassy, sometimes shy, always snuggly, and loves an adventure. She would do best in a home where she had a pet companion.  This cat's adoption fee is $75. Many cats do so much better in pairs, especially kittens, which is why we offer a reduced adoption fee of $25 for the second cat (or more!). She is in a foster home with Tater Tot, Biscuits and Gravy.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in this animal? The first step is an application, which can be completed at www.cvrrescue.org/adoption-applications/. The adoption fee helps cover a portion of the care provided for our animals, including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm testing for dogs, FeLV/FIV combo testing for cats, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines (including rabies vaccine), and any medical care received while in our care. All cats and dogs are on flea/tick and parasite prevention for the duration of foster care. Notes about puppies: Adopters can expect a new puppy to have accidents, chew things they shouldn't, and have other normal, energetic puppy issues until they are trained, including jumping, mouthing, and general youthful naughtiness. If you experience puppy issues, please feel free to contact us; we’re happy to offer guidance. Also, if a puppy is a mixed breed, we cannot guarantee an adult weight. If your residence has weight restrictions or if you’re looking for a specific adult weight, we don't recommend applying for a mixed-breed puppy. We also offer rehoming services for pets currently owned by individuals. In these cases, we list the animal as a courtesy to the owner, and the animal is not currently in the care of CVRR, such that we can make no representation or guarantee of the animal’s behavior, demeanor, or health assessment. All information listed for a courtesy-posted animal is provided by the current owner and should be verified by any potential adopter. CVRR is a nonprofit organization. We have no paid staff, and all applications are reviewed and processed by our volunteers. Please be patient and understand that it may take 7-14 days to process your application, check your references, and gather follow-up info. You can expedite the process by providing accurate phone numbers and email addresses for your vet and landlord references, and by answering each question fully. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if the animal picks you, too. If it seems the adoption will be a good match for all, we will collect the adoption fee and complete the adoption contract. CVRR is a NO KILL rescue organization, and we have a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to all of our animals. If for any reason the adoption does not work out, the animal must be returned to CVRR. We will reevaluate the animal and choose a new home based on the best fit for it. July 15, 2026, 9:22 am
