Benson is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix with the most adorable underbite! He is a mere 11 pounds and is looking for a family to give him the love he deserves for the rest of his life. Benson has a silly personality and loves to play with stuffies. He will jump on your lap for pets. He enjoys the company of other dogs and even gets along with the resident cat! Benson has decided all toys should be his and will snatch them all up for himself. If he’s not stealing toys, he is stealing hearts!🥰 Wanna know more? Look at all he knows! 🩷crate trained 🩷smart and is quickly catching on to house training 🩷gets along well with other small dogs 🩷gets along with cats 🩷mastering leash walking Benson would do best in a calm home with a secure, fenced yard. He has not been around children, but due to his small size, we feel he may do best with older children who know to respect his space. Now it’s time for Periwinkle’s forever home to pick him up! 🏡✨ This little guy is a Chihuahua mix who weighs 5 pounds and will still be small once fully grown 🐾. His DNA shows that, when in full bloom, he will weigh less than 22 pounds 🐕. Periwinkle may come in a little package, but he has a BIG personality—he plays big and loves big! ❤️🎾 He is a true explorer 🔍: let him loose in a room and he is off on his discovery mission 🕵️‍♂️. He loves balls, toys, and bones 🦴🧸! Peri wanders off on his own but will always check in with his human from time to time 🥰. House and crate training are new to him, but with structure and practice, this smart boy will have it figured out in no time 🎓🐶! Periwinkle gets along well with dogs of all sizes and is completely fearless 🐶🐾. He hasn’t been exposed to cats yet, but we think he will learn they are friends very quickly 🐱💖. Kids and people are definitely welcome into his world 👶👧👦! This sociable little boy would love nothing more than to be the center of attention, whether in a big or small crowd 🌟. Periwinkle will require a fence with no little spots where he can escape and go on a walkabout 🏡🔒. Also, keeping a close eye on him while he's in the yard will help keep him safe 👀🌳. Periwinkle will come to you neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention 🩺💉. His adoption fee is $300 💵. 🐈 Cat-friendly 🐈 After years of hard work (doing, you know… all the things adorable little dogs do), Ralphie is thoroughly enjoying retirement. Each day, his schedule is pretty packed: wake up ☀️, nap 💤, follow his favorite human around ❤️, maybe take a walk 👟, nap again 😴, then off to bed before the evening news is over. 🌙 Ralphie is a handsome 10-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs 16 pounds. He's not interested in toys anymore, but he’s fully committed to the art of napping. Don't let his retirement lifestyle fool you, though. Clip on his leash and this guy suddenly becomes the swiftest retiree in town! 💨 His foster says he comes alive on walks, happily cruising along with surprising pep in his step. One of the sweetest things about Ralphie is that he likes to drag his dog bed across the room so he can nap a little closer to his favorite person. 🥹 Ralphie gets along well with other dogs and with cats, too! 🐱👍 He's working hard on house training, sleeps in his own bed at night, and would love a home where his humans are home more often than not. He does have some separation anxiety and may bark quite a bit when left alone, so apartment life isn’t for him. He'd also do best in a home without young, high-energy kids. Ralphie has cataracts and is almost completely deaf, so it’s important not to sneak up on him. If startled, he may give a little growl to let you know he wasn’t expecting company. His hearing also means outdoor time needs a little extra care. Ralphie can’t hear you call him back or approaching cars, so he’ll need a secure wood or chain-link fence he can’t squeeze through (or he needs to stay on leash whenever he’s outside). Underneath it all, he’s just a gentle old soul who enjoys quiet days, leisurely walks, and never wants you to sit alone on the couch. Sound like your kinda guy?
