Story
Meet Tyler 2–3 years old | 15 lbs | Arriving in Morristown, NJ on December 28th Tyler is a quiet, gentle pup who has already come a long way — and now he's ready to take the next step toward the loving home he deserves. He was rescued by The Sato Project from a heartbreaking hoarding case in Manatí, Puerto Rico, where he lived in a small home with more than 30 other dogs. After such a tough beginning, Tyler is now healthy and preparing to fly to Morristown, NJ, where he hopes a kind, patient family will be waiting to welcome him. Tyler is shy and timid, especially in new situations, but there’s a softness in him that shines through. With time, consistency, and gentle love, he will begin to trust and show his true personality — a quiet companion who just wants to feel safe. He would do best in a calm, understanding home, possibly with another gentle dog to help guide him. He doesn't need much — just someone who will give him space, patience, and the love he's never truly known. If you're the kind of person who finds beauty in helping a shy dog feel brave, Tyler may be your perfect match. To Adopt: Fill out an application at thesatoproject.org/applicationform. Questions? Story
Meet Adrian! Adrian’s story is one of resilience, hope, and a second chance he truly deserves. He was rescued by The Sato Project from a horrific hoarding case in Manatí, Puerto Rico, where he lived crammed inside a home with more than 30 other dogs. Despite everything he endured, Adrian has shown incredible strength and a gentle spirit. Now healthy, safe, and thriving, Adrian is ready for his new beginning. He is estimated to be 2–3 years old and weighs 20 lbs — the perfect compact companion. This sweet boy will be flying to Morristown, NJ on December 28th to meet his future family and start his new life. Because of his past, Adrian will need a loving, patient, and understanding home — one that will give him time, kindness, and reassurance as he adjusts to a world that is finally safe. In return, he has so much love to give and is eager to bond with the humans who show him compassion. If you’re looking to make a real difference in a dog’s life and welcome a gentle soul into your home, Adrian is ready for his happily ever after.
