Hi, my name is Missy, and I’m a beautiful 3-year-old Pomeranian with a fluffy white coat, a sweet face, and a heart that is finally ready to know what it feels like to be truly loved. 🐾🤍 My journey brought me to Max’s Ark Rescue after being rescued from a breeder. For a long time, my life was very different from the one I dream about now. I was part of a breeding world, where there wasn’t much opportunity to simply be a dog—to play, to cuddle, to feel safe, or to have someone call me their baby. But that chapter is over. Now I’m discovering all the little things that make life wonderful. A soft bed. A gentle voice. A warm lap. Someone who tells me I’m a good girl just because I exist. And oh, how I love knowing that I am finally safe. ❤️ I weigh about 11 pounds, and I’m a happy little girl who gets along with dogs and cats. I’m also spayed and up to date on my vaccinations, so I’m ready to start looking for my forever home. I’m looking for an experienced adopter who understands that dogs like me may need patience and reassurance as we learn what life outside a breeder’s world is really like. I may need a little time to discover my confidence and understand that I don’t have to worry anymore. But I promise you this… I have so much love waiting inside this little fluffy heart. 🤍 I spent the first part of my life belonging to someone else’s breeding program. Now I’m hoping the rest of my life can belong to someone who simply wants to love me. Hello- my name is Fabio! I came to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue with two other dogs from an overcrowded municipal animal shelter. At the rescue I received the medical and general care I needed to be ready for a forever family! I am estimated at around a year old, last weighed in at around 12 lbs and look to be a Pomeranian/Papillon mix, best guess.. I am quite friendly and typically get along with other dogs-meet and greet with existing family dogs first is always recommended. My friends at the rescue have been helping me to learn to walk on a leash, but I'll need to continue working on that with my new family. Hello wonderful humans! My name is Kip, and I'm a 6-year-old Pomeranian mix boy weighing in at a perfect 12 pounds of pure love. I've been told I'm quite the charmer…from the moment we meet, consider yourself my new favorite person in the whole wide worldl! When visitors come to my foster home, I give them the full Kip welcome package: tail wagging so fast it could power a small city, happy dances, and my very best "I'm-so-glad-you're-here" face. Foster mom says I'm kind of her furry shadow. Wherever she goes, there I am, looking up with hopeful eyes that say, "Pets, please?" And when I really want to seal the deal, I'll roll right over to offer my belly—it's my absolute favorite spot for scratches! Sometimes I even "talk" a little when I'm feeling especially chatty or want your attention. I’m housebroken (I do best on a regular potty schedule) and I’m getting along great with the doggies in my foster home. I would do ok with older (12 and up), dog-savvy kids. I don’t have an opinion on cats but I might like them. I enjoy a good game of fetch and Foster Mom says I am a king ball stealer! I have my favorite toys, but I must admit I'm in it for the love too. Sure, I'll chase the ball, but then I'm racing right back for more attention from you. After zooming around the yard, I'll trot right back for some quality petting time. At bedtime, I'm flexible! I love snuggling in bed, but sometimes I enjoy my space underneath it too. It's like having my own little cave—the best of both worlds! Want to make me the happiest pup around? Hello- my name is Rio! I'm an adorable chi/pom mix puppy - my mama was rescued as a pregnant stray and had to give birth via C-section to me and my 4 littermates. She is a beautiful long-haired chi/pomeranian mix only weighing in at around 13 lbs. We don't know who dad is, but we are all absolutely adorable. We were born on May 23rd so roughly 10 weeks old as of early August. We've received the very best of care at our foster mama's home and are now ready for homes of our own! My $500 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, deworming, microchip, and neuter at one of my rescue's vets when I am closer to 6 months old (Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte, Orlando, Miami).
