You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. I want A "FUR"ever" HOME! Read the FULL Bio to see where I am located and contact info: D2026157 Meet Buddy! Buddy is a 3-year-old Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix weighing in at just 15 pounds, with a gentle heart and a love for toys. This sweet little guy gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and children, making him a great fit for many types of families. Buddy is leash trained and enjoys going for walks, but he is not yet fully potty trained and will need continued guidance and patience in his new home. One thing that is especially important for Buddy is having a confident canine companion. He thrives when another dog is around and looks to his furry friends for reassurance and support. Because of this, Buddy would do best in a home with another friendly, well-adjusted dog to help him feel safe and secure. Buddy can be very shy when meeting new people and entering new environments. He has been adopted twice before and returned simply because he didn't warm up quickly enough. The truth is, Buddy just needs time. He isn't the kind of dog who will immediately jump into your lap and shower you with affection. Instead, he forms deep bonds slowly and on his own timeline. With patience, understanding, and a calm environment, you'll see his sweet personality begin to shine. If you're looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give a deserving dog the time he needs to blossom, Buddy may be the perfect match. His ideal adopter will understand that trust takes time and that the greatest rewards often come from helping a shy dog discover that he is finally home.
