If your adoption is scheduled at Pet Central Helps!: Upon arrival inside the Crossroads Center complex (360 Wylie Drive), look for the black Pet Central Helps! semi-trailer, which is right outside of our facility (Suite 720). Park in the parking lot and enter the facility. A PCH! representative will greet you and show you to the adoption room. Your new pet will be handed to you. We will take a "Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. If your adoption is scheduled at PetSmart – Bloomington, IL: Park in the PetSmart (1606 E. Empire St.) Parking lot and enter the store. We will be set up just inside the store entrance. Let us know you are here to pick up your pet! A PCH! representative will confirm your information and hand you your pet. We will take a "Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. If your adoption is scheduled at the Cat’s Meow Cafe: Navigate to PetSmart, park in the parking lot and enter the store. Locate a PCH! Representative at our adoption table and let them know you are picking up a Cat Cafe Cat. You will sign your final contract with your counselor and snap a picture of the completed screen. Head to the Cat’s Meow Cafe at 507 N. Hershey Rd and provide them with the snapshot of your final contract. They will get your cat and take a “Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. PCH! supports a 30-day no-fault return policy in which adopters are given the opportunity to find a better match. Meet Chet – Small Dog, Big Personality Chet is a 1-year-old Pomchi mix who weighs just 7 pounds, but don't let his size fool you—this little guy has enough personality and enthusiasm to light up any room. From our time with him, Chet has been nothing but happy, friendly, and full of energy. He loves meeting new people and always seems ready for whatever adventure comes next. Whether it's exploring the yard, going for a stroll, or simply soaking up attention, Chet is happiest when he's included. We were told that Chet does well with other dogs, although we haven't had the chance to test him in our care. Given his petite size, we think he'd likely be most comfortable with small- to medium-sized canine companions. While we don't know everything about Chet just yet, one thing is clear—he's a cheerful little dog with a big heart who's ready to find a family to call his own. If you're looking for a fun-sized companion with a friendly personality and plenty of love to give, Chet can't wait to meet you. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
