1.5 y/o spayed 17 lbs. dog. Needs secure fencing. Very sweet and loving with people and doesn't bother cats. She's much more interested in her toys and bones. She gets along with boy dog but doesn't like little girl dog. She is vocal and a yard that provides space would be ideal.

Yes, she’s beautiful. Yes, she’s loving. And yes—she will absolutely scale, leap, or Houdini her way out of your yard if given the opportunity. Let’s be clear: Layla is not just a “flight risk”… she is a fence-climbing, escape-plotting professional. This girl requires a tall, secure, privacy fence—think fortress, not picket. If there’s a weakness, she will find it. If there’s a gap, she will test it. If there’s a way out… she’s already working on it. Now that we’ve covered her side hustle as an escape artist… Layla is also incredibly sweet and a little shy at first. Give her some patience and consistency, and she will bond hard to her person—like your tiny, fluffy shadow who thinks you hung the moon. Once she feels safe, her playful, affectionate personality really comes out, and she is an absolute joy. She gets along well with other dogs and wouldn’t mind a buddy, but it’s not required. She’s done great with both men and women. Cats and kids are unknown, but she has shown a gentle, loving nature. She’s partially housebroken and improving with routine. Not crate trained, but she behaves well in the home. She knows her name and comes when called… assuming she hasn’t already scoped out her next escape route.
