Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. wagoninn.rescuegroups.org Plum came to Wag On Inn from NYC ACC. She was critically ill after swallowing a penny. Plum spent a week in the hospital and had the penny removed and then was moved to a loving foster home. Plum is still recovering and getting her puppy vaccines. She also unfortunately has demodex and is undergoing treatment to get that under control. We anticipate Plum will be ready for adoption towards the end of May. Plum will be fixed and microchipped when she is about 6 months old at the Spay-Neuter Center in Holmdel, NJ. Adopters must live within driving distance of Holmdel. Her adoption fee is $550. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.   How to Adopt Me! If you are interested in learning more about me, and possibly making me part of your family, please go to  wagoninn.rescuegroups.org . Click on the orange Online Adoption Application button to fill out an application. A Wag On Inn volunteer will be in touch soon! Foxy is a petite little girl who is full of affection. She's been in a foster home with other dogs and gets along well with them. Foxy is estimated to be about 6 months old, and is scheduled to be spayed on April 9th. She'll need time to heal before she can be placed in a forever home. Story
Meet Archie! Archie is a 5-6 year old male Pomeranian who was rescued from being found left in a dumpster. Now safe at Husky House, Archie is looking for his loving forever home. Unfortunately, Archie has had a few seizures since arriving at Husky House, so he takes medication twice daily to help manage them. Poor Archie is very nervous around people, which is understandable given his history. He does not go out of his way to snap, but may growl or get snappy when people do not respect his boundaries (e.g. try to pick him up when he is uncomfortable). Archie does well with other small dogs. He has never been cat tested but would be expected to do well with cats as he is small and not overly playful. Interested in adopting Archie? Please visit www.huskyhouse.org today to fill out an application.May 5, 2024, 8:25 pm

Story
Meet Oliver! Oliver is a pomsky puppy who is looking for his loving forever home. He was saved from a puppy mill along with his two littermates, and like many puppy mill survivors, is fearful of people but shows no aggression despite his fear. Oliver enjoys being around his siblings, but has not yet been tested with other dogs. We will update his bio as he settles in more and we get to know him better, but he would do best in a home with another dog to help him gain confidence and learn “how to dog.” Apply to adopt Oliver at huskyhouse.orgMay 5, 2024, 8:25 pm

Story
Meet Lily! Lily is a pomsky puppy who is looking for her loving forever home. She was saved from a puppy mill along with her two littermates, and like many puppy mill survivors, is fearful of people but shows no aggression despite her fear. Lily is great with other dogs and needs a home with at least one well-adjusted dog to help her gain confidence and learn “how to dog.” Lily is fearful on leash would do best in a home with a very secure, fenced-in yard that she cannot escape from (e.g. no small holes under the fence that could be crawled through). We would recommend keeping Lily on a long leash when outside to make sure that she can be safely brought back inside when playtime is over.
