Story
Sushi is a happy-go-lucky sweetheart with a playful, gentle personality. She loves nothing more than a good game of tug-of-war or fetch with her favorite toys and is always ready for a little fun. She enjoys being petted and spending time near her people, although she can become scared when picked up or carried, so she is happiest when affection happens on her terms. Sushi gets along well with other dogs and cats as long as they are friendly and not aggressive, and she is also good with children. She is an easygoing, loving dog who would do well in a home where she can play, relax, and be part of the family. Due to my husband suffering a rare brain tumor that resulted in a TBI and now requiring 24/7 care, we are having to make the difficult decision to rehome her. Sushi is simply a sweet girl looking for a safe, loving home and a family to call her own.

Royal’s no diva. He’s a survivor with the sweetest spirit. This little guy came to us after beating parvo, a broken right leg, and nerve damage in his left leg. You’d never know it now. Look at that smile! He’s turned into a happy, bouncy boy who acts like every day is the best day ever.       Royal’s Royal Resume:   People Person: Gets along with everyone. Strangers are just friends he hasn’t met yet.   Dog Social: Loves other dogs and would thrive with a playful sibling.   Toy Enthusiast: Stuffies, squeakers, balls — he’s all in.   Zoomie Certified: He LOVES to run. That old leg injury doesn’t slow him down.   Professional Snuggler: After playtime, he’s ready to curl up in your lap and melt.   Crate trained.     Mostly potty trained: He’s got it down if you keep a schedule.   Treat motivated: Super smart and eager to please. Will sit pretty for snacks.       Medical: Current on all vaccines and neutered. His broken leg is healing  beautifully.        Royal is living proof that tough starts make the sweetest dogs. He’s 12 lbs of fluff, resilience, and pure joy. He just wants a person to run with, play with, and cuddle with at the end of the day.       Think your castle needs a king? Story
At 9yrs old, Chip had to say goodbye to the only family he knew his whole life. He was scared at first, but he did his best to be brave. Once Chip met the other dogs and cats in his foster home he started to come out of his shell. He's only 13lbs so he fit right in! He loves to curl up next to you on the couch if he's not already burrowing under a blanket nearby. Chip willingly goes to sleep in his own bed in a playpen each night in exchange for a treat. He has also been left alone out in the house at his previous home and did well. Just like us, Chip has boundaries and would do best in a home with kids over 6yrs old. He prefers friends who go slow with introductions and pick him up only on his terms. Chip would do well with pet siblings or on his own. Chocolate Chip is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm and tick borne disease negative! Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
