Current Foster Location: Athens, ON Hi, I’m Monty — a sensitive little Pom with a big personality. I love being close to my person, whether that’s following you around the house, hanging out in the yard, or curling up for snuggles on the couch. I’m house trained, enjoy the company of small dogs, and I’m indifferent to cats. Big dogs, though? A bit too much for me — I’ll bark to let them know! I’m vocal (no apartments, please), and I need an experienced Pom owner who understands that I’m a cat in a dog’s body: independent, opinionated, but very loyal. With time, structure, and patience, I’ll show you my sweetest self. I just need someone who lets me decompress, respects my boundaries, and helps me feel safe when the world feels overwhelming.
