Story
Yeri is currently living in a foster home in Toronto. Background: Yeri was rescued from a puppy mill in Boryeong, Korea in 2023. She spent two years in a local shelter, but people often passed her by because she was no longer a young dog. We brought her into our care in October 2025, knowing she deserved a real chance. She lived with other dogs at our partner boarding house until she left Korea. She currently lives in a foster home in Toronto. Personality and Socialization: Yeri has a low energy level and a gentle spirit. She is quiet, independent, and curious. With new people and new environments, she can be shy and nervous, and it may take some time for her to warm up. Once she feels safe, her gentle and sweet personality begins to show. Yeri is comfortable having her own quiet time and enjoys lounging. She is not a demanding dog and is happy with a calm routine. With other dogs, Yeri does well as long as they are friendly and gentle. She has a special fondness for smaller, calm dogs and prefers them over very active or hyper dogs. Behaviours: Yeri is quiet, independant, and has not shown signs of separation anxiety. She does well at vet visits and walks nicely on leash. Baths are not her favorite, but she is patient and lets her person handle it. She can get a little nervous in the car. She uses pee pads and has shown no destructive behaviors. Health and Diet: Yeri is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated. Her dental work and cleaning is complete, and she is dewormed and on monthly parasite prevention. She had patella luxation surgery in October 2023 and has been recovering very well. Yeri has a small bare patch on her back where her hair does not grow. There is no skin issue. She is healthy and ready for her forever home. Ideal Home: Yeri is a gentle, loving, independent, and quiet girl who is looking for a calm and loving home. She would be good for someone who is home often and enjoys a peaceful lifestyle. We are particularly looking for someone patient, as building trust can take time, especially for rescue dogs who have been relocated multiple times. Yeri will need someone who can give her a real chance with time and patience. In return, she will be a loving and loyal companion. Story
*This dog is fostered in the Hamilton area*Apply to adopt at rebeldogrescue.com*All adoptions with Rebel Dog Rescue have a 15 day probation period. Read about our adoption process on our website. She is a sweet 3-5 year old brown with some black Pomeranian mix who weighs 12lbs. When Juliette meets new people she is a tad shy and takes time to warm up. She needs time to gain trust and feel comfortable in her surroundings. Then she would just love to snuggle with her person - she really loves her people! She was rescued from a hoarding situation where she and 7 other Pom mixes were left in a garage without walks or other basic TLC - and every day she comes out of her sweet shell a bit more. She enjoys the company of other dogs but definitely prefers people (once she warms up). We are not sure about cats. She would have to meet them and we do not have any at the ranch where she is - she does not have much prey drive though. She does very well in a crat and we are watching how she does in the house - so far no messes. She does need a potty schedule to set her up for success as she doesnt bark or go to the door when she has to go. She needs work with leash walking but she does her best, and is ok to be carried but can be squirmy if she is afraid. She does love to snuggle in blankets and in a bed. She needs the right family to accept her and show her affection and a good life. We have not seen her interact with young kids and we would not recommend a home with them as she is still a little timid and we don't want her overwhelmed. A calm home where people have patience and lots of love to give would be perfect for her. Juliettes 1-Month Foster Update After one month in her foster home, Juliette has truly begun to blossom. What started as a shy newcomer has revealed a playful, joyful pup even braving the snow to show off her zoomies! She loves to run, toss in the occasional jump, and classic puppy play bows that are impossible not to smile at.But Juliettes heart is just as big as her playful spirit. She is incredibly affectionate and bonds deeply with her people. When her favourite humans come home, she greets them with happy whines, full-body excitement, and lots of sweet kisses the kind of welcome that instantly melts away a long day.Juliette is ready for a forever home where she can keep growing, loving, and sharing her gentle, joyful nature. Shes the kind of dog who doesnt just live in your house she fills it with warmth. Story
QUICK FACTS Name: Via Age: 5 months Gender: Female (Spaying Scheduled) Breed: Pomeranian–Spitz Mix Color: White Beige Weight: 6kg / 13lbs Microchipped, Vaccinated Up to Date for Age, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a city shelter in Miryang, Korea, where I was at risk of euthanasia along with my littermates. Thanks to kind rescuers, I was given a second chance at life, and I’m now growing up safely while waiting for a loving family to guide me through puppyhood.   MY PERSONALITY My name is Via! I’m a very affectionate, social puppy who loves people — both familiar faces and new friends. I happily approach strangers, rub against them, and enjoy being touched and held. I’m full of charm, love giving affection, and enjoy being close to my humans. I’m still young and learning, but my friendly and loving nature truly shines through.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS • With People: I’m extremely people-friendly and affectionate. I can be comfortably picked up and held. I have not yet met children under 13. • With Dogs: I love meeting other dogs and often approach them to say hello and invite them to play. I’m generally more comfortable with dogs similar to my size and tend to avoid conflict — even if another dog provokes me, I usually choose to walk away. • With Cats: I have not yet been tested with cats. (A cat test can be conducted upon request to ensure the best fit.)   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy outdoor activities and playtime, but once I’ve had enough stimulation, I settle down nicely and rest calmly. Since I’m still a puppy with limited walking experience, I may feel unsure or lie flat when I encounter something scary on walks. With positive, patient training, I’ll continue to gain confidence.   TRAINING & HABITS As a young puppy, I’m still learning my manners and routines. I do not guard food from people or other dogs, though I can be very enthusiastic and competitive when eating. I may bark to ask for attention or when I want something. I’m calm in a kennel, use both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty, and will benefit from continued leash training and potty training. I’m smart and food-motivated, which makes training easier with consistency.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient and committed family who understands puppy development and is ready to guide me as I grow. I would thrive in a home with: • A family prepared for puppy training and ongoing guidance • Secure fencing and close supervision, as I may try to climb or jump fences • A calm, structured environment with clear routines • Adopters who enjoy an affectionate, people-oriented companion   SPECIAL NOTES I may need guidance, structure, and patience as I adjust and continue learning. As a puppy, I will require ongoing training for walking, potty habits, and managing demand barking. I am extremely affectionate and people-focused, making me a wonderful companion for adopters who are ready to invest time and consistency into helping me grow into a confident adult dog.   Via's YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2617882##

I love snacks, but I don’t guard my food from other dogs or people! I also like resting and watching other dog friends play! It shows that I am a mom – inside and out! I am still learning about this new environment, but with patience and love, I am ready to be your forever family and friend!    MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I may be shy at first but with snacks and a little bit of time, I will open up quickly and can be pet and be held in your arms! I will need training with basic manners as I have very little experience.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys our time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   Ijin's YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.co ##2617875##

Story
Hello there! My name is Gabbana, Female - pending spayPomeranian x Longhair Chihuahua Approx. 5 years oldYes, you guessed it-I'm as stylish as my namesake, Dolce & Gabbana. I'm a sophisticated lady with a heart full of love to give, and I'm on the lookout for a special human to call my own.I'm a true cuddle bug who loves to snuggle up with my favourite person. I thrive on affection and will shower you with loyalty and devotion. My protective instincts are strong, so I'm looking for someone who appreciates a devoted companion who will always have their back. While I'm okay with dogs, I tend to be a bit growly if they try to steal my human's attention. I prefer being the only dog in the household, where I can bask in all the love and attention. I'm working on my manners around cats since I find them quite tempting to chase!I'm not the best fit for a home with young children, as I can be a bit uncertain around new faces. With adults, I need a little time to warm up, but once I do, I'll be your loyal protector.I'm a dream when it comes to grooming, brushing, and bathing-I love looking my best! I'm also extremely motivated by treats and toys, which makes training a fun and rewarding experience for both of us.If you're looking for a fashion-forward, fiercely loyal, and loving companion, I might just be your perfect match.
