IMPORTANT APPLICATION UPDATE    We are currently experiencing issues with some applications not being received through our website/email system. If you submit an application to Loyal Rescue, please ALSO send us a quick email to applications@loyalrescue.com      with the automatic confirmation/bounce-back email you received after submitting your application. This will help us ensure your application was successfully received and reviewed. We truly appreciate your patience while we work through this issue — and thank you for wanting to help a rescue dog     — Loyal Rescue   Name/Tag#: Dolly 4463 Age: 6 yrs old Sex/Altered: Female/spayed Weight: 12lb Breed: Pomeranian Foster Home Location:  PENETANGUISHENE6 ON Adoption Fee:  $700.00 Temperament: Sweet, playful Activity/Energy Level: Low Up to date on Shots: Yes, plus dental done Housebroken: Getting there Crate Trained: Sleeps in a crate at night Ok with Dogs: Yes Ok with Cats: Unknown, but probably fine Ok with Kids: Yes, Dolly prefers a quiet adult home. Teens are Ok. Origin: Mass breeding facility Requirement: Securely fenced yard, someone home most of the time, a companion dog in the home, mill dog experience an asset, no kids under 13   And now, a few words from me: My foster mom says I’m a lively, bold, and inquisitive little dog with a huge, confident personality packed into a small body. I’m intelligent, affectionate, and loyal to my people — though I do have an independent streak and can be a bit stubborn sometimes. I am looking for my person, my fur buddy and a place to call my own. I love food and snacks and lots of attention. Have you got room for me in your heart and your home?   And now, a few words from my foster mom:  Meet Dolly! Dolly is a six-year-old Pomeranian who is finally discovering just how wonderful life in a home can be. After spending her early years as a breeder, she’s embracing the good life with enthusiasm — especially if it includes backyard zoomies, tasty snacks, and staying as close to her person as possible. Dolly is funny, sweet, affectionate, and full of charm. She loves following her humans everywhere they go and always wants to be part of the action. She’s becoming more interested in toys and is learning how much fun being a dog can be. She has made great progress with potty training, especially and continues to thrive with a consistent routine. She would do best in a home where someone is around most of the day would help her continue to succeed. Dolly is still gaining confidence walking on a leash, so a secure fenced yard will allow her to feel comfortable and explore at her own pace. Dolly will also benefit from a stable, confident companion dog in the home to guide her and continue building her confidence. Dolly is looking for a patient, loving family who will keep showing her how good life can be. In return, she’ll give endless companionship, loyalty, and plenty of adorable little shadows at your feet. Questions? Good with dogs,
Story
Roxy is a 4-year-old Pomeranian-Husky mix with a huge personality, endless energy, and enough enthusiasm to power a small city. This playful girl is always ready for action, whether that means walks, playtime, adventures, or simply supervising everything happening around her. She is incredibly friendly, full of life, and absolutely loves being part of the fun. Roxy is housetrained, crate trained, and walks very well on leash, though her excitement for the world can sometimes show in a little extra enthusiasm on walks. She knows sit and stay and enjoys being active and engaged with her people. She is friendly with strangers and does well with children, but because of her energy she might be better suited for a home with older kids who can handle that. Her foster describes her as having ever ready batteries, and it truly fits. She also does wonderfully meeting dogs on walks, often greeting them politely and then enthusiastically hugging them once she feels comfortable. Roxy is a smart and confident dog who likes to keep tabs on everything and occasionally appoints herself head of household. She responds well to structure and reminders that her humans are actually in charge. She can also be a bit of a digger and escape artist, seemingly convinced there may be buried treasure just outside the fence line, so a secure fenced yard and supervised outdoor time are important. Storms and thunder are not her favourite, and during bad weather she may retreat under the bed until the scary skies pass. Roxy would thrive in an active home that can match her energy and continue giving her structure, exercise, and positive reinforcement. She would love a family who enjoys walks, outdoor time, and having a fun, spirited companion by their side. In return, Roxy will bring laughter, adventure, loyalty, and nonstop personality into her forever home. Our adoption fees cover all up to date veterinary needs, including but not limited to: full veterinary examination, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal test and parasite prevention, wellness bloodwork, spay or neuter, and microchip. All dogs will be started on a 6 week trial of pet insurance after adoption. Local adopters can take advantage of 50% off a training course at Ruff Haus in Barrie (www.ruffhaus.ca) and all adopters will also be signed up for Petcademy to offer 30 days of free text-based behavioural support. Please visit our website www.preciouspawsrescue.ca to submit an adoption application.

Good with dogs,
Story
We are so excited to welcome this adorable and lovable little girl to our rescue. Quinn arrived at her foster home on May 7 as an owner surrender. Her previous owner lovingly made the difficult decision to find Quinn a home where she could receive more attention, activities, and the active lifestyle she deserves. Quinn is believed to be a Pomeranian/Shih Tzu mix, approximately 4 years old, and weighs just 11.5 lbs. She recently had a full veterinary checkup including blood work, vaccinations, microchip, and was spayed on May 14. Quinn is recovering beautifully from her surgery. Quinn is being fostered in the North Oshawa area. Her foster mom describes Quinn as “perfect” and “fabulous.” In such a short time, she has adjusted wonderfully to her new surroundings. Quinn is calm, friendly, gentle, affectionate, and incredibly good-natured. She loves being close to her people — especially if that means squeezing in behind you on the couch to keep your back warm! Quinn is happiest when she is out enjoying life. Walking and running are some of her favourite activities, and she would love a family that enjoys staying active with her. She also enjoys the simple things, like relaxing in the sunshine or watching the world go by from the window. Quinn is house trained and does very well in her foster home. She enjoys several walks each day and would do best with a securely fenced yard, as she does like to explore and go on little adventures. While she may be suitable for condo living because she rarely barks, she would need regular access outside throughout the day. She is currently living peacefully with another dog and gets along very well. Quinn would love to have another canine companion in her forever home, but she would also be perfectly happy as the only dog soaking up all the attention. She will require grooming a few times each year to keep her looking and feeling her best. According to her previous owner, Quinn is extremely lovable and absolutely adores children. She lived happily alongside an older Rottweiler and has also been fine around cats. With 11 grandchildren frequently visiting the home, Quinn has proven herself to be wonderful even in busy, chaotic family environments. Quinn has been left alone without problems and does not chew on anything except her toys. Her previous owner avoided chicken-based food due to her Rottweiler’s allergy, and Quinn has done well on that diet but there is no indication she has a chicken allergy. Quinn is truly a special little dog who deserves a loving forever family of her own. If you think Quinn could be the perfect addition to your home, please apply to adopt her. She will reward you with endless love, companionship, and joy — and we know you will not be disappointed. ••••••••• As my foster family gets to know me my profile can change and will be updated accordingly. Check back often for details! An application for me can be found at www.justpaws.ca. Just Paws is located in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada. We do not adopt out of province or country. Please note that although many of our dogs get along with children, we are not able to adopt to any household with kids under the age of 8 years old. This is a stipulation of our insurance and is not a reflection on suitability of the potential adopter.

QUICK FACTS Name: Dodo Age: 4 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Pomeranian Jindo mix Color: Brown Weight: 5kg / 11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from the euthanasia list at a crowded city pound, where my future became uncertain simply because there was no more space left for dogs like me. Through no fault of my own, my time was running out. Thankfully, kind rescuers stepped in just in time and gave me a second chance at life. Now, I’m finally safe and hoping to find a loving forever family where I can truly belong.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I can be shy in the beginning, but I promise I’m worth the wait. Beneath my timid side is a super cute, loving, and gentle boy who just needs a little patience and understanding to fully come out of his shell. I would do best with a family that understands rescue dogs and is willing to let me build trust at my own pace. I rely a lot on my dog friends for emotional support, and having calm, supportive companions around me helps me open up more quickly and feel safe. Even with my shy moments, I’m generally a bright, positive boy who wants to connect and experience the world with confidence and love.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be shy at first, but I’ll gently take treats from your hands and slowly accept soft pets as I get comfortable. I also allow myself to be picked up and handled gently. Even though I may seem timid in the beginning, I’m a very gentle and sweet boy at heart, and with patience and kindness, I truly do warm up. In a home environment where I can feel safe and settled, I’m confident I’ll bond with my new family relatively quickly and show my loving personality more and more each day. · With Dogs: I’m super friendly with my dog friends and love greeting new dogs and playing with them. I tend to get along best with dogs of a similar size, where I feel the most comfortable and confident. I’m also very much a peacekeeper and prefer to avoid conflict, even if another dog is being pushy or rude. Rather than escalating situations, I usually choose to stay calm and move away. I also rely a lot on my dog friends for emotional support, and having calm, friendly companions around me helps me feel more secure and confident. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks or exploring, but once I’ve had my activity, I’m more than happy to come inside, curl up, and enjoy a cozy nap or snuggle session.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m still improving my leash skills and building confidence every day. Overall, I walk well and follow my handler’s lead nicely, especially once I feel comfortable. I do best in quieter areas, as sudden loud noises can still startle me sometimes. With patience and continued positive experiences, I’m continuing to grow more confident. I have great manners around food and don’t guard my meals from people or other dogs. I also know how to rest calmly in my kennel and settle well when it’s time to relax. I’m comfortable using both pee pads indoors and going potty outside, making me adaptable to different routines and environments.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever • A home with another dog sibling – not an absolute requirement   SPECIAL NOTES Volunteers and staff compliment me every day on how sweet and adorable I am. Even though I may seem shy at first, I actually adjust and adapt quite quickly once I start feeling safe and comfortable. My shyness mostly comes from meeting new people in the beginning, but I’m naturally curious and enjoy slowly approaching to get to know you. I especially love taking treats gently from people’s hands, which helps me build trust and confidence quickly.   DODO'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.co ##2736193##

Story
Adopt Bibi   Bibi is a sweet little Pom mix who survived a city shelter euthanasia list and is now waiting for a loving forever home. She may be a little shy at first, but once she trusts you, her affectionate and loyal personality truly shines.   Name: Bibi Age: 6 years Sex: Spayed Female Breed: Pomeranian Mix Color: Black/Brown Weight: 6.2 kg Height: 31 cm   Rescue Story Bibi was rescued from a city shelter before euthanasia.   Personality & Socialization with People Bibi can be slightly shy when meeting new people, but treats quickly help her warm up. Once comfortable, she allows handling easily and becomes very attached to the person caring for her. She enjoys following her trusted people around and has a gentle, affectionate nature. She can be picked up comfortably with arms under her belly, and once bonded, she will even show her tummy. She has not yet been tested with children under 13 years old.   With Other Dogs Bibi politely greets unfamiliar dogs but prefers spending time on her own rather than actively playing. She tends to feel uncomfortable around large dogs or very high-energy, pushy dogs and usually chooses to avoid them.   With Cats When she sees cats during walks, she stays focused on her handler rather than reacting strongly.   Energy Level & Walks During walks with unfamiliar people, Bibi tends to move slowly and focus on sniffing. However, once she bonds with someone, she becomes much more cheerful and enjoys walks happily. After settling in, she walks very well.   Other Notes • No food guarding toward people or dogs • Quiet and calm personality • No separation anxiety observed • Calm inside a kennel/crate • Nervous about getting into cars and prefers being carried in • Currently uses both pee pads indoors and potty outdoors   Bibi would do best in a calm and patient home that can give her time to build trust and confidence at her own pace. Once she opens her heart, she becomes a truly loving companion. Apply to adopt or foster: https://adoptmekr.org  Please also visit our Facebook and Instagram! Story
QUICK FACTS Name: Nayoung Age: 5 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Pomeranian Color: White Weight: 3kg / 6.6 lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I’m not sure how I ended up alone, but I was found wandering the streets by myself. People could tell right away that I had once belonged to a home and family before. Thankfully, kind people noticed me and stepped in to help before anything happened to me. Thanks to them, I was rescued in time and given a second chance at finding the loving forever home I deserve.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m even smaller and cuter in person. Despite my past, I absolutely love being around people and crave human companionship. My friendliness is honestly off the charts—everyone I meet instantly becomes my new best friend. It takes me about 0.1 seconds to roll over and show you my belly because I’m just that loving and affectionate.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I absolutely love people and greet everyone with excitement and happiness. I enjoy receiving affection and pets and am always happy to soak up attention from my humans. I’m also comfortable being picked up, which makes me an easygoing and affectionate companion. · With Dogs: I like to greet new dogs, but I don’t jump into play right away since I’m more of a people-oriented pup. I prefer taking my time, observing first, and getting comfortable at my own pace. That said, I get along well with the dogs at the care facility and interact nicely with them. Because I can get a bit jealous when other dogs are receiving a lot of attention, I would likely thrive best as the only dog in the home where I can fully soak up all the love and affection from my people. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks or exploring, and once I’ve had my fun, I’m more than happy to come inside and snuggle up for some cozy relaxation time.   TRAINING & HABITS I walk well on leash and generally follow my handler’s lead nicely. I can pull at times, especially when excited, but it’s usually easy to regain my attention and redirect me. I have good manners around food with people, though I can be a bit sensitive when other dogs are nearby during mealtimes. I may bark occasionally when I want attention, but overall I settle down quickly and know how to rest calmly in my kennel. I’m comfortable using both pee pads indoors and going potty outside. I also really love being close to my people and can become quite attached, so I’ll benefit from gentle guidance and patience as I continue learning how to feel comfortable spending time alone for longer periods.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever • Ideally the only dog as I can get a bit jealous • Ideally a home where I won’t be left alone for long periods of time, such as with someone who works from home, a bigger family, or a household where there is often company around for me to stay connected with my people   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a deeply people-oriented pup who truly thrives on love, companionship, and being close to my humans. Once I bond with you, I’ll happily become your little shadow and stay by your side through everything. Despite my past, I’ve remained incredibly affectionate, trusting, and resilient. Volunteers and staff often comment on how sweet and loving I am, and how quickly I open my heart to people. I may need some reassurance and patience as I continue building confidence and independence, but I respond very well to guidance and structure. I have so much love to give and am looking for a family who will cherish me as much as I will cherish them. With the right home, I know I will blossom into a loyal, devoted companion who will bring endless affection and happiness into your life.   NAYOUNG'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.co ##2728823##
