Meet Drea!  Hi I’m Drea! I’m a rags to riches story for sure. I am 100% in need a fairytale ending, because my beginning was not at all a happily ever after kind of story…   I grew up in a muddy, disgusting yard, with little to no human interaction. Love and Affection? What do those words mean? I had never had anything like that EVER…until I was saved. And even now I’m trying to make sense of it all and learn that people like to snuggle (really had no idea what this one was.. not sure I like it yet but I tolerate it since it seems pretty nice) and pet me…I’m trying to adjust, understand and learn that life isn’t so scary when someone is around to love me.   I’m your typical, Slow and Steady wins the race, kind of gal!! I’m looking for someone who will work with me, and give me time to figure out what this life thing really SHOULD be like. I’m cautious and wary of new people and things, but I really want to keep learning what this love thing really means.   I need a hero. A protector. Someone to come sweep me off my feet, show me life isn’t so scary with people, and treat me with the fairy tale ending I deserve. Oh! And another dog to help show me the ropes on how to manage this new life.     She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Meet our little Pomeranian! He's a sweet, alert, energetic small dog who loves attention and being near his people. He originally came to us as a rescue, and we've cared for him for the past two years. He has a big personality in a tiny body and would thrive in a home where someone can give him structure, consistency, and time. He would do best in a calmer, quieter home without large dogs, as he can get overstimulated and vocal around them. He's an affectionate companion, but he needs an adopter who understands small-dog behaviors and can continue helping him with routines and house manners. Someone with experience or patience for training would be a great match for him. We want to make sure he goes to the right home where he can be happy, confident, and get the attention he deserves. He's up to date on care, and we can provide all his background information. Our only goal is finding him a home that truly fits his needs. He'll thrive with the right heart!

  Sweet, Gentle, & Emotional   My name is Harrison, and I’m a 7-month-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix hoping to find the forever family who can give me the life my heart is ready for. I’m a petite 14 pounds now and will probably end up around 16 pounds as an adult—just the right size to hold close.   I was adopted as a tiny puppy by an elderly woman and her adult daughter who loved me with their whole hearts. But life has changed in ways none of us expected, and they can no longer keep up with my needs. They’ve cared for me the best they could, but walks, training, and outdoor potty routines became too difficult. I’ve been using pee pads inside simply because they had no other option.   They made the brave, loving decision to ask Critter Cavalry Rescue for help, and now I’m hoping for a home with people who are active, gentle, and ready to help me learn. I’m still young and eager—ready for walks, playtime, backyard exploring, and adventures.
