Meet Lint Trap!
Lint Trap, affectionately known in her foster home as Ma’am, is a sweet, playful girl who is learning what it means to feel safe, loved, and part of a family.
Lint Trap does wonderfully in her crate and actually finds comfort there, especially at night when it’s covered with a cozy blanket. It’s her little safe space, and she settles well when it’s time to wind down.
She is currently working on potty training. Lint Trap understands that outside or the pee pad is where she’s supposed to go and is making progress, though she still has the occasional accident as she learns. She does great when wearing a diaper, which helps set her up for success during this transition.
This girl loves to play and gets very excited about a good squeaker toy—playtime is definitely one of her favorite parts of the day. When she’s not playing, she prefers to be close to her people. She doesn’t nap much when her foster is home and would rather be nearby, happily licking a hand or face and soaking up attention.
Lint Trap is still learning how to walk on a leash and can be sensitive to pulling, so she’ll do best with a patient adopter who’s willing to continue gentle leash training at her pace.
Overall, Lint Trap is an affectionate, playful pup who thrives on closeness and reassurance. With consistency, patience, and lots of love, she’s going to make a wonderful companion for someone ready to help her continue learning and growing.
