Cody is looking for a peaceful home where he can feel safe, cozy, and loved. He would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a gentle dog and a quieter lifestyle. He is located in California but can be transported throughout the PNW! (Cody is cross posted for our rescue partner)

Story
Yin would be an excellent travel companion. If you’re going on the road in a camping situation she really enjoys being up in the passenger seat. I put her in a dog seat strapped in but high enough for her to watch what’s going on. She loves to play fetch and she will warm up to the person holding the ball, or a squeaky toy, and plays with kids 7 years old and above but not toddlers. She is scared of them and hides from my nieces & nephew in law 4 little peeps under age 6. She tolerates dogs her size and cats. She would be best as a pet to a couple who likes road trips because she loves to go in the car and sit in her seat and look out the window. She is very affectionate but not a lap dog. She likes to sit beside you. She loves to keep an eye out for you and chip barks when someone is heading towards you. Not a bunch of barks, just one or two quietly. Like hey pal “incoming”.
