Rescue Story * Sunmi was living at the Gimje City Shelter. She stayed bright and welcomed people, despite living in poor conditions with the summer heat and infectious diseases. Adogs rescued her, unable to leave her in such a place. 3. Basic Information * With People: Isn’t shy at all and welcomes human touch. She approaches first with her tail wagging, asking to be petted. * With Dogs: Gets along well with the other dogs at the Center. Sometimes, she barks at other dogs if they’re standing too close to humans. * With Cats: Hasn’t met cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Unclear, as she’s living in a group setting at the Center. Will need basic training in a home environment. * Potty Training: Is pottying in her kennel at the Center. Rescue Story * Cori was once adopted from a city shelter, but he was unfortunately returned simply because he tested positive for heartworms. Adogs stepped in to rescue him so we could get him treated and find him the truly loving forever family he deserves. 3. Personality & Traits * With People: Absolutely loves humans! Has no fear of strangers and lets anyone pet him right away. Once he gets to know you, he turns into a total lap dog and showers you with affection. * With Dogs: Gets along great with other dog friends at the center. * With Cats: Has not been tested/introduced to cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Difficult to assess accurately at the moment since he is currently living in a group setting at the center. * Potty Training: Doing great! Reese is a sweet dog who loves every person he meets. He loves going to the vet or being in any environment where he can be the center of attention. Reese would do best with an experienced owner with a lot of time on their hands. He was raised around a cat and wants to play with them more than anything else. He has had a lot of exposure with dogs and with time can become used to them but he’s pretty shy around dogs initially.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog. Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites. Izzy came to us after her Mama passed and family wasn't able to take her in. We were told she had no teeth but at her exam, she did have a few rotten molars still so we took care of that and now she is toothless. She's in good shape for a 14 year old and gets around great with the dogs in her foster home! She's very social with people and other animals but loves to hang with her people. She needs a fenced yard or she will roam. She barked a lot when she first arrived and was probably just confused where she was at as it's subsided to normal Pom barking. She needs a soft landing with someone who's home most of the time and will keep her coat brushed (it was an awful mess too when we got her with a lot of bald patches from chewing fleas). Since she has no teeth, we feed her canned food, Nature's Domain, from Costco. She's done great on it and is in much better shape than when she arrived. Who can give this doll a well loved and cared for rest of her life? Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.
