Story
Courtesy Post for a rescue partner. We are assisting Greener Side Haven with placing Wolfie ! Wolfie is a striking Siberian Husky/Lab(?) mix. He is about 2 years old and weighs 60 lbs, is neutered, partially housebroken, current on vaccinations, dewormed and has a clean heartworm test. He has a short Lab like coat but Husky markings and that traditional tail curl. Wolfie has a big personality and like many young Huskies can be willful & headstrong, but is very smart. He is a very active dog and will try to escape, so a 6’ privacy fenced yard is required to keep this guy safe. We believe Wolfie would do best with someone who has Siberian breed experience. Young, male Siberian Husky seeks new companion with nice yard !! Yet another sweet boy that needs to find a new home due to his owners medical situation. Apollo is just 2.5 yrs old, 50 lbs and is the total package – spunky, friendly, current on all vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and on Simparica Trio ! He is house and crate trained and responds to basic commands. He loves to go on walks and bike rides and absolutely loves car rides and does great in them. He’s good with kids and dogs of all sizes but will chase after rabbits and other small critters (likely cats too). Apollo would make a great ‘starter Sib’ for someone interested in the breed or an experienced owner looking for a mellow, young Sib to round out their pack. Owner willing to answer all questions from prospective adopters once application is approved. PLEASE NOTE: Apollo is in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area, in person pick-up required. Vet check and a home with securely fenced yard required – NO EXCEPTIONS ! NO cats or small critters. NO calls please, email only. Adoption Donation: $150.
