To schedule a time to meet this dog, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org.---- Can be shy, especially at first, and may need extra time to warm up to new people and things; will likely open up in a home environment with patience and time and may prefer a calm, quiet home - Likes being petted once she feels comfortable - Knows sit and loves to learn, especially if you have treats - May tend to avoid other dogs (dog intro recommended) - We don't know her history with kids or cats This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. If you're interested in fostering to adopt, please reach out to meetme@arl-iowa.org.All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
