Story
Boots is a male Husky mixed doggy who is about 1.5 years old.His adoption fee has been waived so with an approved application you can take this doggy home for free! This handsome guy is smart, attentive, and potty trained, and he’s the kind of dog who really wants to be involved in whatever you’re doing. Boots has plenty of energy to burn and would love a family ready to keep his clever mind and active body busy. Whether it’s learning new things, exploring, or simply being your loyal sidekick, Boots is ready to go! He has done great with kids, but probably shouldn't be in a home with cats. He’s got the brains, the energy, and the personality—now he just needs someone to give him a chance. Could Boots be your new adventure buddy? He is described as a 'Busy Bee'. I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated). It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction.Adoption fees:Cats - $105 for one or only $150 for two!Dogs - $155For more information on this animal contact washingtonpawsandmore1978@gmail.comor call 319-653-6713All our animals have been spayed/neutered (or will be arranged if currently too young).Dogs will be tested for heart worms, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies. We recommend crate training until you’re confident that your dog is used to his/her new home.
