Story
Kiara is a 5-month-old Husky mix with a bright personality and an even bigger heart. This beautiful girl got a second chance at life after ending up on the euthanasia list at Memphis Animal Services with a 9 AM deadline. We were able to pull her just minutes before her time was up, and now she is searching for the forever family she almost never got the chance to meet.
Kiara is everything you would expect from a young puppy. She is sweet, friendly, affectionate, and always ready for fun. She loves meeting new people, enjoys playing with other dogs, and approaches life with the happy, curious attitude that makes puppies so special. She is the type of dog who can turn an ordinary day into an adventure just by being part of it.
As a Husky mix, Kiara is an active and energetic girl who will thrive with a family willing to keep her mind and body engaged. Whether it is going for walks, playing in the yard, exploring new places, or learning new tricks, she is always ready to be involved. She loves attention and enjoys being around her people.
Kiara is dog friendly and does well with other dogs. At only 5 months old, she is also young enough to learn how to live successfully with cats and children when given proper introductions, guidance, and structure. She is still at an age where experiences and training will help shape the amazing adult dog she is going to become.
Like any puppy, Kiara is not a finished product. Her future family should be prepared for the commitment that comes with raising a young dog. Puppies require patience, consistency, training, and supervision. House training, basic obedience, leash manners, and continued socialization are all important parts of helping her grow into a confident and well-mannered companion. The time and effort invested now will pay off for years to come.
Kiara has already overcome more in her short life than any puppy should have to. She beat the odds and now deserves a family that will give her the love, stability, and commitment she needs to thrive.
Kiara is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to find her forever home.
