Raina is a beautiful 4 year old Husky mix with the most striking two blue eyes that are sure to steal your heart.  But her beauty is only part of what makes her special-Raina is sweet as can be and has so much love to give. She is housebroken, crate trained, and good with other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for a loving family.  Raina is ready to find her forever home where she can be spoiled, loved and included in all the fun. If you’re looking for a sweet, beautiful girl with a heart of gold, Raina may be your perfect match! Story
Meet Gomez, a 13 year old 19 pound Pomeranian.  This sweet guy is looking for his hopefully forever home. Gomez was adopted from Needy Paws as a 5 year old back in 2018 to what he thought was his forever home. But sadly his adopter abandoned him 8 years later as he was found roaming around by himself in a field in Jefferson County and taken to animal control where we happily reclaimed him. His owner was contacted but never reclaimed him.   Gomez is a great dog who has been through a lot, he lost his home, he lost most of his beautiful fluffy hair due to a much-needed grooming, but don’t worry it’s growing back, he’s lost his hearing most likely to old age and he recently lost most of his remaining teeth due to neglect.  He has a few back teeth left and this has not affected his eating.    Gomez is pretty healthy and happy for an old guy, with just the normal aches and pains of an elderly dog due to some arthritis in his legs. He does sometimes have a slight cough due to a slightly softened trachea, but otherwise no other symptoms. He gets along fine, just more slowly than a younger dog. He would do best in a home with few to no stairs and with someone who is home a lot. He’s great with the other small dogs and cats in his foster home. Gomez will need to go to a home with a fenced in yard, no exceptions.   He is potty trained and will let you know when it’s time to go outside to potty.  He does like spending time in the yard just walking around and checking things out so he will need a fence.  Most of all he loves snoozing in his dog bed.    This little man is extremely sweet and deserves to find a home that appreciates all his good qualities. His foster knows his perfect home is out there. I'm Annie, a striking 2-year-old white Husky with a heart full of adventure! 🐕 I'm energetic and playful, always ready for action and fun with the people I love. I'm affectionate and friendly, and I bring mischief and joy wherever I go — life's never boring with me around! I'm not yet spayed, so that's something to discuss with the shelter team. I also have a strange looking front left arm but that is something I've dealt with my whole left and it doesn't stop me from doing anything and everything I want to do! My adoption fee is $400 (covers spay procedure, vaccinations at intake, testing at intake, and heartworm prevention up to the date of adoption), and I'm looking for an active family ready to keep up with all this Husky energy. ❄️ Come meet me and let's start our next adventure together! 🐾
