**Courtesy Post** Ramona is about 8-10 years old Weighs 37lbs Husky mix  Fully vetted and hw-   Ramona was severely abused in her past and was emaciated when she came to me. She flinches when you move too fast and is always ready to be hit. She's gotten much better and doesn't jump every time she's touched anymore but we're still working on making her feel more comfortable.    She's the sweetest gal without an aggressive bone in her body. She tries to engage in play but she has 2 severely luxated patella's so she isn't incredibly stable. She takes gabapentin for her knees and that seems to make her feel a whole lot better! She likes other dogs but doesn't like them being rowdy in her face and who could blame her! The most she'll do is bark and walk away. She's learning to enjoy walks bones toys and a comfy place to sleep!    She struggled with digestive issues but after a round of steroids she seems to be doing 100% better! Draco is a well behaved 2 year old handsome Husky mix. This sweet boy loves to go for walks and thinks he's a lap dog! Very goofy and will keep you entertained and smiling! Draco does the cutest zoomies and would do best with a fenced in yard. He does not jump fences! Draco is potty trained & kennel trained but he is also a perfect gentleman in a home and does not need to be crated. Medium energy, Good with other dogs. If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Draco’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. Toffee came to the Saint Charles County Pet Adoption Center under unusual circumstances—she was brought in as a "stray" by her owner's significant other, which her microchip later revealed she was their dog. Despite the rocky start, Toffee hasn’t let it dim her sparkle one bit. This girl is treat-motivated to the max, which makes training a breeze. She’s not really into toys but offer her a snack and you’ll have her full attention! She’s still working on leash manners and can get a little jumpy when she’s excited—but it’s all part of her silly, affectionate charm. Toffee recently met another dog named Shep and greeted him with playful enthusiasm. Her play style is a bit rough-and-tumble, so she'd do best with a dog her size or larger who can handle her energy. She does well in playgroups with both male and female dogs, and while she can get possessive over sticks or the water bowl, she listens when corrected and backs off appropriately. Cats? Not so much. Toffee tends to fixate on them and struggles to redirect her attention—even when a cat hisses or walks away, she stays laser-focused. Because of this, a cat-free home is best for her. Toffee would thrive in an active home with people who can continue her training, keep up with her fun-loving energy, and give her the consistency and love she deserves.
