HI - I'M ASPEN! I'm a sweet, gentle, and small 1-year-old male Siberian Husky mix ready to start my life with an awesome person or people. I was recently rescued from an overcrowded kill shelter in California, in the nick of time. I am good with other dogs, love people and would make a wonderful companion for an active person, couple or family who loves to walk, hike or go on road trips! I get along great with everyone - and I weigh only 48 lbs. I'm the perfect size. I really dodged a bullet -- I was made urgent for space at the shelter -- and I would love a chance to be adopted by an amazing person or people. I'm looking for a foster or forever home. I'm currently still in California, but can be transported to you in Oregon at no extra charge beyond the adoption fee. Please email for an application.

HI THERE, I'M IVY, a 5-year-old Siberian Husky girl, currently in the Greater Seattle area. I'm a sweet soul, always ready to share my warmth with you. I'm pretty smart too, I've been told. I love exploring, sniffing out new things, and can slip out of a collar in no time. I'm also quite independent, content to entertain myself, but I do love humans. Your company will my favorite pastime. I'm mellow for a husky, and easy to have around. And I'm cuddly. I love a good snuggle! My curiosity keeps life interesting, and my gentleness makes me a great companion. I was rescued from a California shelter, where I had a kennel mate. But I can be a bit of an alpha girl, so my canine companion would need to be pretty special and understanding of my bossy girl ways. I truly am a people dog, and will be your shadow and welcome you home with a smile and a wag. I'm still very active and would love to go on some long walks or hikes. I weigh about 55 lbs. I'm currently in Southern Washington but can be transported to Portland. Please email for an application.

Meet Mia, a charming senior dog (almost 12 years old but sure cant tell it) with a heart full of love. Her personality is as sweet as sugar, and she has a knack for making everyone around her feel special. Mia`s favorite pastimes include cuddling up for a good movie, wagging her tail at friendly faces, and enjoying leisurely walks. She knows exactly how to ask for what she wants, charming everyone with her cute begging stance. She`s the perfect companion for children and gets along well with other dogs and even cats. Her gentle, friendly demeanor makes her a joy to be around. Adopting Mia isn`t just about giving a home to a shelter pet, it`s about welcoming a new member into your family. She`s ready to fill your home with love, loyalty, and a lot of cuddles. Don`t miss the chance to make your family complete with Mia. She is a senior and her hearing isn`t the best but she is fully vetted including a dental where she lost only 1 loose tooth and she is over weight so that needs to be worked on with walks (That she loves) and good food and lower amount. She is at 24 pounds and should be around 15. Her adoption fee is $ 300. She is chipped, spayed and up to date on vaccines. To meet Mia fill out the Dog Application on OFOSA.ORG and the foster mom will arrange a meet with her.
