Story
I rehomed Baxter about 4 years ago, he was just a puppy and wasn’t getting the love he deserved. He wasn’t fed properly, he was not cared for very well he actually bit and was very aggressive when I got him. He now doesn’t bite at all, is great with my one year old son and is the most lovable dog ever! He has severe separation anxiety and also is extremely calm and relaxed all of the time when he is around someone. However, any time he is left alone he freaks out and goes to the bathroom in the house, he also will make his way out of every cage I’ve tried or will hurt himself trying to get out that’s why I rarely put him in a cage and it requires me to bring him everywhere or stay with him which with a one year old is almost impossible and this is why I’m looking to rehome unfortunately because he’s all around a great dog and just needs extreme love and attention.

Story
Milo has been with us for over 3 yrs., since he was a 6 week puppy. He was a wedding gift from my husband to me so you can imagine how difficult it is for us to have to rehome him. Milo is a good boy and extremely playful. Milo was recently diagnosed with seizures which seemed to have been out of nowhere. He’s now taking meds and we put him on a prescription veterinary diet. We have a 13 month baby and have another baby on the way. My husband has been working a lot lately and with the pregnancy we are unable to provide Milo with the time and support he needs. We are looking to rehome Milo to a family that is willing to care for him and shower him with love. We’re looking for a family that is capable of financially caring for him as his medications and diet food can be costly. We are not looking for any financial compensation for Milo. We just want him to find his forever home.

Meet Dakota:  Dakota is an 10 week old (as of March 15, 2024) Husky/Shepherd mix (best guess) that weighs around 10 lbs. This beautiful litter of 9 (Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Cedar, Aspen, Nero, Apollo, Cosmo, Dakota and Blaze) were surrendered by their owners to us because they could no longer care for them. Dakota is currently being fostered in Harrisburg, PA and would love to meet her forever family. Dakota is friendly, loving, playful, and loves to cuddle. Dakota has been good with other dogs, both big and small. Dakota is crate trained and still working on her house training.  We would love for Dakota to have a home with a fence so she can play and run freely. Dakota is up-to-date on her shots and will be spayed when age appropriate. If you are interested in adopting this sweet girl, please go to charliescrusaders.org and fill out an application.
