Story
Please fill out an application to start the process to meet RIO. Meet and greets will be held in TARZANA, CA at his foster’s home. https://pawsitivetailstoremember.forms-db.com/view.php? id=17980 Rio is just 2 years old, he weighs 18 lbs, and is a neutered Portuguese Water Dog/Tibetan Terrier/Havanese mix who has a gorgeous salt and pepper curly coat which will require diligent upkeep and professional grooming. Rio has average to high energy, and he will require a yard that he can run around and explore in, a home with an owner who will be working from home, retired, or single and active owner who can provide a lot of exercise for him. He loves to chew bones and to play with his toys! Rio is current on vaccines, is microchipped and neutered. Rio came into the shelter with a very matted coat, an injury to one of his eyes which required removal and oddly his teeth are worn down which is unusual for a young dog. The shelter did a complete shave down on his coat and his coat is finally grown out and he’s absolutely gorgeous. Rio would love nothing more than a forever family to call his own!
