Meet Miles!! Miles, his 3 brothers, & mom were found by a good samaritan in a drainage ditch on the Mexican border of Tx back in January when they were only 6 wks old. The puppies were so fearful of humans because they were treated so badly by humans when they were strays. The person who found them took them all in to keep them save until rescue could be secured. She did give 1 of the puppies away after we committed to them but the remaining 3 were safe with a foster. Miles is now 3 1/2 mos old, utd on vaccines, and microchipped. Miles is a bit more reserved than his 2 brothers. It just takes him a few hrs to warm up to new people and he will definitely need another dog to help him adjust and come out of his shell. He is great with other dogs, would be fine with cats, and is good with kids. Miles is crate trained and doing well with housebreaking. Polo is the standard Poodle that you have been looking for!   This boy is roughly 5-7 years old and weighs 50 pounds with a little that he could gain to fill out better.   Recently his owner passed away and he was on the way to being dropped off at the local county shelter when a kind woman stepped up and took him home.  Soon Critter Cavalry Rescue was called about Polo and asked to help him find a foster and a new home.  This dog is the best and most chill dog on the planet. He is ALL ABOUT PEOPLE!   He is not a dog that is looking to join a family and be a playmate to another dog.  While he might play some….he just wants to be your shadow and your love.  He is housebroken, totally healthy, happy with a ready smile for everyone and good with all creatures he meets.  Polo needs to transition soon to a new family before he gets attached to the foster.   His heart and soul needs to be settled and reassured he will be loved and not bounced anymore.
