Hi, we’re a bonded pair of senior pugs—my name is Angel, and this is my best friend, Bubba. Our world changed when our owner passed away, and with no family to take us in, we were brought to a county shelter. It was all very confusing and scary for us. We were then placed into a foster home, and it took us a couple of days just to start feeling safe again and understand what was happening. Now we’re at the shelter, and while we’re so grateful to be cared for, we’re still a little unsure. What we do know is that we are safe, and that means everything. Our foster mom says we are very good pups, and it’s true—we love each other very much and always stay close. We’re hoping to find a loving home together soon. Shelter life is okay, but we don’t want to spend our golden years here. We just want a soft place to rest, kind hands to pet us, and a family to love. Could you be the one to give us that forever home?

Although I'm super friendly and gentle, I'm still learning the ropes and would love some training to become the best dog I can be. I'm playful and sweet, always ready for a game or a cuddle. If you're looking for a loyal friend who's eager to please and ready to fill your days with joy, I'm your guy! Let's start our adventure together. Why not adopt me and add a bundle of love to your life? Note from rescue. Archie has been through a lot in his short life. Because of this he is emaciated to the point where he can not be properly vetted. We are working to get his weight up so he can be seen by the vet and have his alteration procedure.
