My dad is the one who has him. He got him after his last dog passed away. He's not able to take him for walks and get him the exercise he needs. He's not really been training him either. (That was always up to my mom before she passed.) The dog isn't mean at all and loves to play with kids. He does well when others bring their dogs. My dad just needs him rehomed asap. I'm not in Ottumwa where the dog is, but I have a couple of sisters who are. Any messages can easily be shared with them. We all just hope he can find a family who will treat him well.
