Story
Pugsley is a 2 ½ year old 13 pound Pug mix. He does well with other dogs and loves to play. Pugsley would love to have another playful dog buddy in his home. When playtime is over Pugsley is a cuddler and sticks close to his people. At night he likes to burrow under the covers and be touching his people. Pugsley does require a physically fenced yard. Pugsley was picked up as a stray by Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control. No owner showed up to claim him. In the shelter environment he was very scared and just cowered in the back of his kennel. He is a lot more relaxed in a foster home but is still scared of new people coming into his home at first. Puglsey is housetrained, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you would like to meet Puglsey, please complete the adoption application on our website at www.furfunrescue.org.  If you have questions about Puglsey, please contact rox@furfunrescue.org or call 319-929-6657.  Adopters must be within a two-hour radius of Cedar Rapids, IA.  Indoor homes only.  Adoption donation $250.
