Story
Meet Fiona One year old (DOB 12/2/25). Full-time pug princess. Part-time chaos coordinator. Fiona wakes up every morning with BIG plans in her little 22lb body… zoomies, toys, snacks, more zoomies, and making sure everyone knows she has entered the room. This little pug is hyper, hilarious, and absolutely packed with personality. She does well with dogs she knows and likes, but strange dogs? Fiona prefers to announce her opinions immediately and loudly. Honestly, she considers herself security, management, AND royalty. The good news? Fiona is also perfectly happy being your one-and-only spoiled sidekick. She would gladly accept a lifestyle that includes comfy beds, snacks on demand, and humans dedicated to telling her how cute she is 24/7. Fiona’s story hasn’t been easy. She was originally given as a birthday gift to someone’s 80-year-old mother. After she got loose and went missing for weeks, she was eventually found with a burn on her back. Sadly, when she was found, they did not want her back. But Fiona isn’t looking backward — she’s ready for the good part of her story now. A safe home. A family who will treasure her. And a future filled with love, stability, and probably a ridiculous amount of treats. ✔️ Spayed ✔️ Heartworm free ✔️ Up to date on vaccines ✔️ Professional attention seeker If you’ve been searching for a tiny dog with a huge personality, Fiona is ready to rule your house with her adorable little paws. Located in NJ. Available in the Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, RI, VT, PA, DE, MD, NoVA)  Apply to adopt: www.chboxerrescue.com/adopt May 26, 2026, 7:58 am

Story
Silly Scuttle is being returned to rescue because his current family can’t keep up with his puppy energy. It’s not his fault — he’s just a typical, playful pup at 10 months old Scuttle is about 40lbs and would thrive in an active home with a fenced yard (which he doesn’t have now). He’s super dog-friendly and loves to ruff house so a furry companion would be great. Scuttle is very smart, highly trainable and excellent on leash. He would benefit from a home with working dog experience. His mama is a puggle, but dad’s breed is a mystery — possibly something with zoomies built in like a Malinois or Black Mouth Cur! Scuttle deserves a chance to burn off his energy, be loved, and just be a dog. Can you give him that chance?  Fully vetted  Crate trained  House trained  Knows basic commands No cats! Story
Things happen — but remember, it’s never the dog’s fault. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Dogs can’t speak; they count on us to do right by them. Welcome back Eric (aka Koda)! He’s been returned for being “too much”… which really means too much fun! He’s a little bigger now, and just as wild and wonderful as ever. Koda’s a Puggle mix (I know, I know — he doesn’t look it, but I promise he is! ‍&#226&#153&#128&#239&#184&#143). This boy is bursting with life and energy. He loves to play, wrestle with his foster sister Charlie, and would make an amazing walking or running buddy. Honestly, he could use a job — because with all the treats he’s earning, rent is due soon Koda thrives with someone who gets the energy and drive of a working breed. He’s eager to please, smart, and full of personality — plus he’ll do anything for a treat. &#226&#156&#133 DOB 12/10/24 &#226&#156&#133 Fully vetted &#226&#156&#133 Crate trained &#226&#156&#133 House trained &#226&#156&#133 Knows basic commands &#226&#156&#133 Great with kids &#226&#157&#140 No cats If you’re looking for a fun, active, treat-motivated sidekick, Koda’s your guy!
