Female; 9-yr-old Beagle mix; 30 lbs. House trained. Hazel is a smart, healthy, spunky little girl. Her soulful eyes are very endearing. Sometimes medium energy level; other times low energy level. Gets along with other dogs & kids. Great at dog park & boarding. Enjoys pets & rubs; doesn't demand them. She LOVES car rides, head out the window; ears blowing in the wind! Needs to be on a leash when outside or in a securely fenced area. Generally, she is a low maintenance pup. Will let you know when she needs something; (i.e. potty, food). She alerts when an animal/person is outside the house. She does become anxious during thunderstorms and fireworks. She is on an inexpensive prescription medication that curbs her anxiety to a large degree when this happens. She needs her caregiver to be home during these times to keep her from panicking. At all other times, she can be left at home unattended with no problems.

Ginny is nothing but smiles! This 10 year old (though she absolutely acts like she is 2 ) chihuahua mix greets every day and every person with the kind of joy that feels like sunshine! But somehow, despite her bubbly spirit, contagious energy, and tail that never stops wagging, she hasn’t found her people yet! She’s been patiently waiting always cheerful, always hopeful for the day someone finally sees her for the little light she is Could her forever family be out there maybe even reading this? ##2511917##

Meet Georgie — the little old man with all the love to give Georgie is a 15-year-old long-haired chihuahua searching for someone to cherish him through his golden years. This tiny gentleman is ready to settle into his true forever home. He’s extremely low-maintenance and surprisingly healthy for his age. Most days, you’ll find Georgie curled up in his bed or stretched out in a sunny spot, soaking up the warmth. But don’t be fooled—he has a goofy, playful side and loves little bursts of fun with his person! Georgie is friendly with dogs of all sizes and even enjoys the company of cats.And… let’s just say he could win an Oscar for the dramatic performances he gives when he doesn’t get his way. A few tiny screams and he’s over it—but he’ll definitely make you laugh. He truly needs someone who can be his daily companion and appreciate both his love and his theatrics. Georgie’s forever home wish list: A fenced yard (he’s not really used to leash life) A home without young children, or with kids in high school or older (he’s gentle, just easily startled) Someone who will let him sleep in the bed—just like he does with his foster family. He is an excellent nighttime snuggle buddy. If you’re looking for a senior sweetheart with charm, personality, and just a pinch of drama, Georgie might be your perfect match.
