Story
We adopted Barley Jane 8 years ago. They told us she was about 5 years old at the time. She is a sweetheart. Only barks when someone is at the door or passing by. And she loves to give kisses and snuggle. We moved to a townhome and with busy schedule, no yard, and no kids at home to help watch her anymore, I have made the choice to hopefully offer a more attentive home. She loves walks and just being close to people. For other animals, she gets a little shaky until she’s comfortable. She loves being around people and giving and receiving loves.

These pups are in Holladay, Utah too!

Story
Meet Precious Breed: French Bulldog Sex: Female DOB: 2/28/2024 Weight: 25 pounds Health: Healthy and safe Precious is exactly what her name says — a precious soul who was almost lost simply because someone didn’t want to try. Her previous owner considered euthanasia instead of finding her a new home. Thankfully, she was given a second chance, and now she’s ready to find the forever family she truly deserves. Despite everything, Precious is loving, trusting, and full of gentle sweetness. She didn’t let her past harden her heart. Personality Precious is affectionate, people-focused, and happiest when she’s near her humans. She has that classic Frenchie charm — playful, expressive, and full of personality. She loves attention, enjoys companionship, and thrives when she feels included. She has a soft, loving temperament and bonds deeply with her people. She’s the kind of dog who wants to curl up beside you after a fun little play session and simply be close. Breed Info: French Bulldog French Bulldogs are known for: Loyal, affectionate personalities Strong bonds with their families Playful but moderate energy levels Thriving on companionship and routine They do best in homes where they are treated as part of the family and not left alone for long stretches. Owner Responsibilities Precious will thrive with an adopter who: Provides daily companionship and affection Maintains a consistent routine Understands breed-specific care (temperature sensitivity, regular checkups) Commits to her emotionally and practically for life She deserves stability and someone who will never see her as disposable. &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143 Things to Consider Before Adopting Before bringing Precious home, please consider: Is your housing stable and pet-friendly long term? Are you financially prepared for routine vet care? Do you have time for companionship and inclusion? Are you ready for a lifelong commitment — not just when it’s convenient? Precious needs someone who understands that dogs are family. Vet Care Although Precious is healthy, adopters should schedule a visit with their own veterinarian as soon as possible after adoption to establish ongoing care and ensure she continues to thrive. The 3-3-3 Rule First 3 days: Precious may be unsure as she adjusts to yet another new environment. First 3 weeks: She’ll begin to relax, learn your routine, and trust again. First 3 months: Her full loving personality will shine as she realizes she is finally home for good. Patience and consistency will mean everything to her. Why Precious Is Truly Special Precious is living proof that second chances matter. She is sweet, loving, and ready to give her whole heart to someone who chooses her forever. She didn’t deserve to be given up on — and now she’s ready for a home that will cherish her for the rest of her life. If you believe in second chances and lifelong love, Precious is waiting for you If you are interested in adopting this amazing dog, please follow the link https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptions and fill out an application  Thank you for choosing Ozzie and Friends Rescue. Story
&#226&#156&#168 BUSTER — Male, Chihuahua Mix, DOB 12/05/2024, Weight 10 pounds Meet Buster Buster is a tiny guy with a HUGE heart. The moment he looks up at you with those big, soulful eyes, you feel it — this little boy is pure love. He has that special Chihuahua charm: a mix of sweetness, silliness, and unshakeable loyalty that makes you fall for him instantly. Buster is the kind of dog who wants nothing more than to be someone’s shadow, someone’s comfort, someone’s little piece of joy in a busy world. Personality Buster adores his people. He’s playful in a gentle, charming way and blossoms with affection and reassurance. He loves being held, loves snuggling, loves being included, and has the cutest little prance when he’s excited. He’s bright, curious, and always ready for a warm lap or a soft blanket. He may be small, but he loves big — and he wants a family who loves just as big in return. Breed Info Chihuahuas are known for their loyalty, big personalities, and deep bonds with their humans. They thrive on closeness, routine, and gentle guidance. They may be tiny, but they make some of the most devoted companions you’ll ever meet. Owner Responsibilities Buster needs patience, routine, soft guidance, and someone who understands that small dogs have big feelings. He will need regular vet care, training, gentle handling, and a home that keeps him safe and included. Things to Consider – Make sure your landlord allows pets – Consider your schedule — Buster thrives on closeness and companionship – Tiny dogs can be sensitive, so safe handling is important – Are you prepared for lifelong care, including food, vet visits, preventatives & love? – Think about your future — moves, travel, lifestyle changes all affect him – Puppies and young dogs need time, structure, and patience The 3-3-3 Rule Give him 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your rhythms, and 3 months to truly blossom. He will slowly show you every sweet, silly, loving part of himself. Why Buster Will Be a Great Addition If you’re looking for a dog who will adore you with his whole heart, Buster is your boy. He brings warmth, sweetness, and companionship into every room he enters. He’s the dog who curls into you when you’re tired, celebrates when you’re happy, and stands by you like your tiny, loyal best friend. Bringing Buster home means bringing home love — simple, pure, and constant.
