Story
Sid is a love bug! If you are looking for lots of sweet kisses and snuggles he is your guy! He was good with kids but not fond of his foster's big dogs, maybe he would be okay with more introduction. Sid knows basic commands and seems to be house-trained. Sid loves nap but his zoomies will crack you up. He deserves all the love and treats.

Story
Meet Midge, the 9-year-old Chihuahua mix with a heart full of love and a nose keen on exploration. She's a darling who cherishes her cuddle time but is equally content to nap on her own doggy bed. Midge has a gentle soul and enjoys the simple things in life—like snuggling on the couch or sunbathing in the yard. Though she generally gets along well with other dogs, she's a lady who values her personal space and won't hesitate to vocalize when her boundaries are crossed. Midge walks on a leash but be warned: she's a 'stop and smell the roses' (and everything else) kind of gal! While she's crate-trained, Midge prefers the freedom of letting herself out at night for a quick sip of water or an outdoor break. She thrives when she has either a human or a furry companion by her side throughout the day. Midge will thrive in a home where she can be showered with affection and have her unique preferences respected. If you're someone who appreciates the finer things in life, like a loyal companion who will stick by your side (but also values her independence), Midge may just be your perfect match! Midge has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for heartworm and has been microchipped. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an application on our website (uaaf.org). For more information, call/text Kirsty at (435) 671-0985 or email Kirsty.ju@gmail.com.

Story
Queso is ready to put his hat back in the ring and find his perfect forever family. About 8-month-old Queso came to UAAF from a hoarding situation and was adopted about 2 months ago. His first try wasn’t successful and he wasn’t ever able to settle into a routine and get over his nervousness. While Queso can be skittish and a bit on edge at first, he warms up incredibly quickly once he knows he is safe. His current foster family says that, though nervous about new things, they would actually call him incredibly brave and, of all the fosters they have had, Queso has been the quickest to leave his past behind him and move forward with trust, confidence, and a hilarious personality. Queso is a total love bug and though he has not had much consistency in his short life, he is ready and willing to give you his whole heart. Queso loves playing with toys, playing chase and race with his fur siblings, and just relaxing on the couch. Even though he is still a puppy, Queso has not displayed any chewing or destructive behaviors with his current foster family. He is still working on potty training but the couple of accidents he has had have been right by the back door; So he is definitely getting there. Queso would do best in a relatively quiet, low stress home as he is particularly sensitive to yelling or being chased by people as he had some negative experiences with that in the past. Though he loves running around in his big yard, Queso could also be comfortable in an apartment with the right family. Queso LOVES his fur siblings and has a nice neutral demeanor and good canine communication skills. He seems to get a ton of comfort and confidence from being in a little pack so he would love at least one sister or brother. Queso has been neutered, is current on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an application on our website.
