Hi, my name’s Silver!I`m a gentle soul, preferring a calm environment where I can relax and observe. I cherish my independence, yet I`ll never turn down a gentle stroke or a cozy lap. Strangers might find me a bit elusive at first, but once we bond, I`m a devoted companion and very sweet boy.My new family should know that I did require a “foreign body” surgery: this means I needed a surgery to remove something from my stomach that wasn’t supposed to be there. In my case, it was a significant amount of my own fur that I ingested and couldn’t pass normally. Because of this, I’ll need to join a family that’s very proactive in keeping me well-groomed. But I LOVE being brushed and that will be a big part of my care routine!MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES... CHILDREN: I can be timid with a lot of commotion, and would be happiest in an adult-only home.OTHER CATS: No thank you, I’d like to be the only cat in the home.
