Story
These 2 were rescued by a friend and we took them in. The mom was an alley cat and pregnant and so the kittens were rescued. They are brothers and we would like to keep them bonded. One is feral but a great cat just skiddish and shy but his brother blizzard is more social.

Story
Kit is a purebred blue bi-color Ragdoll born on August 15, 2016. She is a gentle, sweet-natured cat who needs a peaceful, relaxed environment where she can perch, nap, and be admired. While she is independent, she loves affection and will come to you for cuddles on her own terms.Kit is a quiet cat and would thrive in a home without dogs or other cats. She has lived with children and is tolerant, though she mostly keeps to herself rather than actively seeking out play. This decision has not been easy. Kit has been miserable since we introduced a dog into the home several years ago. In addition, due to moves related to financial and health challenges, we can no longer provide the peaceful environment she needs. She has been deeply loved and cared for her entire life and deserves to not feel stressed in her environment.Kit has food allergies and requires prescription hydrolyzed protein food to keep her healthy. We will provide her personal items and food to help with her transition.

Story
APRIL 2026 PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. TOULOUSE was saved by an independent rescuer. Well fast forward to a few years ago, the lady was killed by a drunk driver. We were asked to help with her rescues and to our dismay, her house was a horrific hoarding case. We pulled 55 cats that were still alive. Our rescue took 26 of those cats into out rescue. TOULOUSE is now healthy and ready for adoption. Meet TOULOUSE! This gorgeous Ragdoll has been through a lot, but despite his timid nature, he’s managed to hold onto his sweet spirit. TOULOUSE was rescued from a severe hoarding situation, and though he's had a long journey, he’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to heal and thrive. TOULOUSE is a cat of few words, but he’ll tell you everything you need to know with his expressive face and adorable antics. He may not be a lap cat or a cuddler, and that’s okay! He’s the type who prefers to keep his distance, but he’s still very social in his own way. He enjoys being near you and will often approach to check you out, respond to your voice with those signature Siamese cute faces, and entertain you with his playful little quirks. While he’s not one for being touched just yet, TOULOUSE can form strong bonds with people who understand his boundaries and give him the time and space he needs. His ideal home would be with someone patient and gentle who can respect his need for space, while still offering him companionship and a safe environment to feel comfortable. TOULOUSE may not be the type to curl up on your lap or snuggle close, but that doesn’t mean he’s not capable of showing affection. He’ll share his company with you on his terms and, in his own way, let you know just how much he enjoys being around you. TOULOUSE is looking for a forever home where he can feel safe and loved without pressure—just a calm, quiet place where he can live life at his own pace. If you're the kind of person who can appreciate a cat with more independence and who loves watching cute, quirky interactions from a safe distance, TOULOUSE might be the perfect companion for you! TOULOUSE is a DOMESTIC LONG HAIR / RAGDOLL BIRMAN MIX. He is 5 years 8 months old. He has lived with cats and dogs. Not sure of his interaction with the dogs he lived with. He has never been around children. TOULOUSE is currently at our rescue in Hemet, California. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT) 2. Fill Out Online Form 3. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient. TOULOUSE is ALREADY fully vetted. The adoption fee of $350 covers: Neuter FVRCP shots RABIES shot FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative) Drontal Dewormer Stronghold Flea Control Microchip We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS. If for some unfortunate reason you missed out on the kitten/cat you emailed about...I'm sure that we could help you with another rescue baby! Just ask! Story
Kira is a very affectionate, social cat who loves people and greets everyone at the door, even guests and handypersons. She is vocal, sweet, and gentle with kids, though she does not like being picked up, so respectful interaction is important. She has never been aggressive. She has a mild urinary crystal issue that does not require surgery, according to her vet, but she must stay on urinary wet/dry food. Since it is a bit pricier than regular food, I want the adopter to be aware of this. She is picky with wet food, so cutting it into smaller pieces helps. We are only rehoming her because we have 3 cats, and the territorial stress causes her to pee on soft items like beds or sofas. She would thrive as the only cat in a calm home. This issue might happen again if you have another cat. This decision is heartbreaking because she is deeply loved and affectionate, and she deserves the best life possible.I truly want someone who can guarantee to have one cat forever.

Story
Hi there this is Tobi my grey and black tabby cat. She’s 1 years old. Her bday is on valentines. And she was raised by dogs so she’s great with other pets. And can handle playing rough. Unfortunately I have to rehome her because I just moved into a new place and they don’t accept no more than 2 animals and I’ve been fostering her for a few months. She’s from an accidental litter from a friend. She’s the only grey cat out of her siblings they were all orange tabby’s. She does hang out with one of her brother’s. So she is good with other cats. Please help me find her a good home ! You’ll get all her supplies too. Her cat tree. Food and litter box. She’s spayed. Vaccinated and microchipped.

Story
Gizmo is a 9 month old cat with a lot of energy. He can be very sweet and loves being pet. He loves playing with any type of string and other toys but does need a lot of attention. We received him from a family member who could not have him but he has been a handful for our other cat and child.
