Story
Pico was one of a pair of feral kittens. Although he has become friendly, his brother was not and keeping them together did not promote trust in Pico. He loves breakfast time and will come running for his wet meal of the day. He is a pretty blue color and has the coat type and white boots of a Ragdoll although his breed is unknown. His adoption fee is $95. Expect an adjustment period for this baby in a new home.

Story
Sadly I think it is best that rehome Larry. We recently lost his bff and in his sadness is expressing himself in ways that are not compatible with our home. He needs to have a furry companion so please do not consider if you do not have another animal in the home. His last buddy was a large breed dog but I do not think he would care if he is rehomed with another cat or dog...I believe he just needs the companionship. Thanks

Story
DOB 5/3/22  THE TIME HAS COME:  Meet Aston: The Ragdoll with Sass, Class, and... a Questionable Haircut Looking for a little extra fabulous in your life? Meet Aston, a majestic (and currently mildly ridiculous-looking) Ragdoll. Yes, he’s rocking a post-salon shaved look due to some unfortunate matting, but don’t worry—his fluff will be back soon enough! (Right now he's in his "Ragdoodle" era).  Aston is a 3 years old, neutered, microchipped, and ready to love you like it’s his full-time job. He adores belly rubs, short walks to the litter box, and will serenade your scratching post with interpretive dance moves only he can pull off.  His love language? All of them. Cuddles, head boops, purring monologues—you name it. The catch? He will need regular grooming and he's on a special prescription urinary diet that he will need to be on for the rest of his life. Think of it as his bougie food phase. Fancy feast? Please. He’s got prescription-grade taste.  So if you're into awkward haircuts, enormous blue eyes, and a cat who will love you harder than your last three exes combined, Aston’s your guy. He says you may not be able to buy love, but you can adopt it for $200.00 which helps cover all the vetting done to date. For inquiries, please email DallasCatLadyInfo@gmail.com.  You must be over 25 years old to adopt with proof of ID.    ##2398593##

Emailed responses often end up in spam folders!  Meet Aphrodite, a stunning little kitten with a name as bold and beautiful as her personality. Born on Valentine’s Day, she carries all the sweetness of the holiday—but with a confident, adventurous twist. Aphrodite is brave, curious, and always the first to explore a new toy or investigate a new corner of the room. Her fearless nature makes her a natural leader among her siblings, and her playful energy is downright contagious. While she loves a good romp and chase, Aphrodite is also incredibly affectionate. Once she’s had her fun, she’s quick to curl up beside you, purring contentedly and soaking up all the love you’ll give. She strikes the perfect balance between spunky and snuggly, making her a joy to be around no matter the mood. Aphrodite would do great in a home with another young cat or kitten to keep up with her playful spirit—she’d especially love to be adopted with one of her siblings from the Valentine’s Day crew. If you’re looking for a kitten who’s full of heart, confidence, and cuddles, Aphrodite is ready to be your fearless little Valentine. Aphrodite is too young to be eligible for a full adoption. However, she is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program!  Foster-to-Adopt Program Details We are an all-volunteer, foster-based, non-profit organization We don’t have a physical location; all cats and kittens live in foster homes until they are formally adopted. Our foster-to-adopt program allows us to match cats and kittens with their forever family before they’re eligible for adoption. Eligible cats and kittens are placed in a foster’s home with the intention of adoption after required medical care is completed. Foster-to-Adopt foster parents are required to schedule and bring their cats(s) and/or kitten(s) to veterinary appointments at the Animal Medical Center of Richardson as needed.  Foster-to-adopters must meet all of the eligibility requirements RHS has for adopters.  Cats and kittens eligible for our foster-to-adopt program must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at time of drop-off that will be deducted from the animal’s adoption fee of $135.  Our Adoption Process: Meet the Adoption Criteria. Before you do anything else, make sure you meet our adoption criteria. You must be at least 21 years old. You must live within a 60-mile radius of Richardson, Texas. You must share veterinary records for all pets currently in your home and all pets owned in the last five years. All pets in the home must be spayed or neutered. If you rent your home, you must provide verification that pets are allowed on the property. You must be willing to be interviewed by an adoption counselor and you must undergo an in person or virtual home visit from an RHS representative. Complete Application.  https://www.richardsonhumanesociety.org/adopt/ Phone Interview/Vet Check. Compatible applicants will be forwarded to a counselor who will contact the applicant for a phone interview. We also get a reference from your vet, if applicable. Home Visit. If all the steps above are completed satisfactorily, we will set up a visit where you can meet the pet you are interested in. We will try to include the foster parent so you can learn more about how the pet is in a home environment. Due to COVID, we may ask you to send a video of your yard and the pet's expected living space. Complete Adoption. If all feel it is a good match, we will schedule the adoption at your home or an off-site location. The applicant will need to complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Our adoption fee is $250 for adult dogs, $300 for puppies (under 1 year) and $135 for cats. Discounts are available for senior-aged pets. ##2352650##

Story
Meet Holly, the delightful and spirited girl born in 2022!Despite her cute appearance and small size, Holly has a big personality. She exudes a bit of diva energy and and likes to have the run of the house. She is curious, affectionate, and loves being petted, although she appreciates her independence at times. Holly is playful and adores interacting with her people.Due to stomatitis, Holly doesn`t have any teeth, so it`s best to mix wet food with water for her to enjoy. She adores Churu treats! Holly had pristine litter box habits. Holly would like to be the only cat! She likes to have her humans to herself. She prefers cozy spots on the couch or bed over kitty condos. Despite her quirks, Holly is undeniably charming and lovable! You must submit an application to be considered for adoption. We cannot reply to all inquiries, but respond to all no obligation applications. Fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/cat-adoption-application It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Krey along with 6 other siblings were left at my door in a gift bag in July 2024. At that time they looked to be about 3 weeks old at the most. I took them in of course. Krey has now been with me since that day. And, what a gift he is. Don't let the pics fool you he's going to be a big boy. But, he’s extremely gentle. He’s never scratched me. He's so loving. He loves to play with his baby sister. He loves to play with my puppy. I don't have children so I'm not sure how he would do but I bet he would be fine. He loves his treats. He has the sweetest personality. Krey has been neutered & up to date on his shots. I want to make sure he goes to a very good home where he will be loved and well taken care of. If you're interested in meeting Krey please let me know. Thank you! Stacy

Story
My hubby brought Mao in as a stray a few years ago. He very quickly became a Mama's boy. He is very chill and loves to snuggle. He will climb and perch, for us it was mostly on top of the fridge. He had 2 cat sisters and he is good with them. I have an 11 year old and twin toddlers and he does well with them. He is not a fan of dogs, but I think that is from being a stray. I am heartbroken having to rehome him, but I have no choice. I just want to find him a home that will love him as much as I do
