Story
Shug was rescued from a shelter about 10 years ago. He joined our other 2 dogs (mini rat terriers). We loved on all of them. Shug watches TV and enjoys the sunshine on our back porch in our laps. He needs to be better house-trained, but we love him. We are 88 years old and moving to Assisted Living in February. We cannot take Shug with us as he would need to be walked outside and we won't be venturing outside much (I use a walker and my husband has Alzheimer's). The decision to give him up hurts so badly, but we don't have another option. Please adopt our Shug and give him a loving home!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website."Hi, my name is Bagel, and I am a very affectionate and curious puppy. I am also friendly, playful, and smart. I love to explore and I'm always ready for a game of fetch or tug-of-war. I love belly rubs and lots of attention. My favourite person is you! I was dumped with my siblings, but that doesn't mean I'm not a loving and loyal dog. I am very good with people and I think I would make a great best friend. I am still a baby and I am very excited to meet my forever family. I would love a home with lots of love and patience. I am also very fond of treats, so lots of those would be great too! If you think you would be a good match for me, please come and meet me today!"Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 23, 2026, 12:22 pm
